This number has called me constantly every night for a week. It is apparently based in Owensboro, Kentucky and is apparently a land line according to some websites. Whoever/whatever it is hangs up apparently each time. The first time I tried to call back it went directly to a voice mail retrieval service (no option to leave a message) which is really weird!
