Hillcrest Credit Agency, whom my HR person at work said was really the hospital/clinic billing department who represent themselves as a collection agency to get payment apparently even after I notified them insurance was to pay the claim.

Just got a call from this number on my cell. They ask for my address and date of birth to make a business offer. I said NO THANKS. They had my number, why not other info? They would not say who they were. Was a woman's voice.

They seem to be the credit agency that Medical Center reports to. At least that's why they called me. It was Susan Green that left me the message, but did not identify who she was calling on behalf of.

I got a message with this number and googled it. It came up as Hillcrest Credit Agency. I then double-checked the Bowling Green, KY phone book and -- sure enough! -- 745-1470 is listed there as the number for Hillcrest Credit Agency.

The caller would not identify whom they represented and further implied that they very much desired a date with me! I think it is from kids or something as they sounded very young, perhaps high schoolers. At any rate, DISGUSTING!!!

got a call from this number which read unknown caller. didn't answer but they left a message that it was important I call this number - we know we don't owe anything past due so don't know the reason for the call

called & left curt message with person's name and 7-digit phone number; when I called the number, I got a computerized message to "hold for the next availabe representative"; NOT -- I don't hold when it's a local call and I certainly don't hold when it's a long distance call as this was!
