It's a scam you need to report this to the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney general, and Better Business Bureau.

Mahony guy is in direct violation of harassment and abuse.

I just a phone call from same name and number. Had both my husband's and my full names. This is a Virginia area code. This must be a scam or stalker. My kid lives in DC and this has me worried since she's not answering her phone.

This number has been calling me about my daughter off and on for several months. Calls himself Richard Aiello and says she needs to get in touch with him to set something up with the "prosecuting attorney".
