Call them back and tell them you filed a police report against them and also filed a claim with the local general attorney. They will stop calling.

Numerous calls from this number and when I try to explain they have a wrong number, I get an immediate hang up.  My number is registered with "DO NOT CALL" toon avail

The call weekly with a different story, that it is a legal matter, that it is a medical matter, that it is regarding my debit card, that it is regarding my mom.  Sometime pretending to be friend.   Every time I tell them how long I have had the phone and to please stop calling.   Even when I am nice they are very ugly.  One told me that if I find her then they will stop harassing me.

Company called me last year and convinced me I owed a cash advance from 2010 for $850 and I would possibly go to jail if I didn't pay! What an idiot I was! So I paid, I was so upset since I don't have extra money laying around... now I just got another phone call for the SAME amount and SAME situation! Fool me once shame on you... Fool me twice shame on me... I'm not falling for it again! What a SCAM! I wish I knew what recorse I could take against them!

company called my husband and said he had a fraudulent check he doesnt have a checking account

i got a call from this number and said, my SS# and name has been used and I need to speak to legal processor, to press 1 to continue. I did press one and goes to a voice main with extension 7100. I wanted to hear what they would say but couldn't speak to anyone ? SPAMMER all over America

Today must be the day of crazy calls! I just received a  call from this number about 2 check fraud issues that were put under my name and SSN and that I must call back today. Within the last 4 hrs I have received a total of 7 calls from various places, all of Which do not make sense. I'm not sure where any of these places got my number but none of them seem to be legitimate.

I got the same message as the above puerile from the same number. I let it go to voice mail as I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a name or ask for anyone by name. I have no check fraud out there and neither did anyone in my household.

Received this call saying it is urgent that I return the call to a 646 number. The caller said this is an urgent legal matter that needs to addressed today.  Probably a scam since I would think that a real legal matter would contact you with paperwork, not over the phone. Doesn't make sense.

Got some dude asking me to call him back. Something about a legal matters hung up on him did not call back.

I got the same voice mail. I put the number on my blocked calls w/Verizon. at least will have 90 days with out calls.

I just received a call from the same exact number: 281-213-0783. The call was about a check fraud issue again. Who are these people?

I've had 4 calls from this number on my phone. They leave same vmail on my phone with same call back number. When you call these people back they are the most rudest people.  SCAM do not answer or call them back.

I've had 2 calls from this number but haven't answered the phone yet. They leave same vmail on my phone with same call back number. My sister is a banker and said that the bank would call if there was any fraud or suspicious stuff with my checks/account!  I wish I could figure out how to get them to stop calling!

They keep calling my phone leaving a message that I call a 646 number urgently, the 646 number doesn't exist. I've asked them multiple times to stop calling and they continue to call multiple times daily.
