This number is from the same small town I live in and there is no business here by the name of Capio Partners. Wonder if it's a local person making collection calls for this business or if this business is stealing private numbers for their use?

They always call and when I answer, nobody answers, I stay long saying hello, but they don't say a think, I'm tire of their calls, I know by law I'm protected against this illegal practices, Please help me, I want to sue them, where should I go?

They call at least 10 times a day and even late at night. They will call at least 4 times during dinner time. Is there any way to get this stopped?
