Got two calls in quick succession from this number. When I tried to call it back all I got was a busy signal.

Came up on caller ID as "M Martinez" Don't know and didn't answer. Glad others have posted about this.

My wife answered. Caller asked for another name, She said he had the wrong number and he said " Well maybe you can help me." She hung up

These has to be a scam, because i received the same call and when i try to
call back the line was always busy.

person called looking for person with my name but a senior, told him i am him but im no senior. wanted to congats me on helping him. i told him you had wrong person and hung up. tried calling back always busy. so i looked up info on internet, so, im writing this blog.

Answered only because it was a 281 number and figured caller had dialed the wrong number. However, he knew my name and said he was with the Texas Highway Patrol which was my first suspicion that it was a scam because if he was with the Highway Patrol why didn't that show on caller ID. ( I noticed that when I searched the number there were several names listed with this number. ) I did not talk further with the caller - said I was busy and hung up. Will watch caller ID and not answer if he calls back. I have a feeling that it's a scam.

Left no message. Who knows? Is this just someone who didn't want to leave a message, or someone with a hidden agenda?
