This number has been calling for months and when I answer they hang up... today they have texted me just saying "Hello" and did not answer back when I asked who they were.

Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME - 281-738-3924, sometimes 281-738-3921. They were looking for someone named Anna. It was a recording, not live person. They're debt collector. It's very annoying because they kept calling my # many times and there was no way to tell them to stop.
