one ring then hung up - I had an earlier call with a suspicious contractor from a brick paving company that asked my name after he said he couldn't do the work...think he sold my number...sad....called number back and said it was a recording for US pharmaceuticals and I hung up....

This is a Houston, Texas area code. Looks like a phone number for someone who is using Google Voice. If you call it back, it will ring the person's home, cell, or whatever number they put in to have 281-919-2473 forwarded to.
