You can add your cell phone to the National Do Not call list an that should take care of them calling you on your cell phone an wasting your min's, i have added all my phones to the list, it takes them 30 days to get you in the system an set up but it has stopped a lot of my calls i get, but sometimes i still get one not too often though, an if you do get one they have a place to report these calls, an numbers at, that should take care of them an you only have to regester with them once every 5 years. hope this helps you out, if you dont already know about it just go to your home page an type in Nation Do Not Call an it will pull up the page an you can enter all the information there, this is Government run an its not some scam.

These people called me several times also, an again yesterday, an i talked to a guy that said he wanted to sale me a million dollars worth of insurance, an it showed up on my caller ID, as wachovia, an the guy went to saying my name an address, an wanted to know if that is right, an i said yes, then the ask for my birthdate, an i said wachovia has my birthdate, an he said or we are not with wachovia, an i said your not an i then said i dont give out information over the phone, an said buy an then Reported him to the National Do Not Call List which everyone can do if they typ in National Do Not Call List on there computer, an they will take care of the problem, i think it takes about 30 days but they will stop the calls from these scammers.

No only are they calling my home twice a day but they are also using up my cell phone minutes.

The call is from Wachovia. You can call them back at the same number and have yourself removed from the call list.

These people have been calling twice a day for the past week. They never leave a message. I bet it's Wachovia-related, I've had other spam calls and letters about insurance purportedly from them.

Just got a call claiming to be wachovia and then said I have been selected for life insurance.
Probably a scammer
