This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I received a call from this number and did not answer it.  I don't know anyone at this phone no.  They didn't leave a voice mail making it a suspicious call.

I got a missed call from this number but it is long distance, and I do not give out my number to people. I looked it up, and apparently it is a "telemarketer" of some kind.

I got a call it said press 1, i did.. the lady that came on said that i had to answer some questions to qualify for the $2600 travel dollars. First she asked if i was over 23 then asked if i had a visa m/c or amex that i could use to deposit the travel dollars to i said no she said goodbye n hung up on me!

I got the same "Your telephone number has been selected. Press 1 to claim your prize. Caller ID 289-258-4921.

I got a call on my cell at work and picked up thinking it was the new Alberta area code. I got the same "Your telephone number has been selected. Press 1 to claim your prize".

i received a call and someone's voice that sounded like borat said to press "1" to receive a promotion I won. I did not press "1" to find out.

I received a call from this and did not answer it.  I called it back about 15 minutes later and a recording told me that it could not complete my call as dialed.
