got a call from + 291-297-5700. Did a little research online and here is what I found:

The area code / number is actually from Eritrea (near sudan africa). (http://countrycode.org/eritrea) . Dont be fooled by some random online posting claiming its a US city area code (like Cleavland or someplace) because there is no area code in the US that is 291 as far as my research goes.

No one answers and you cant call back without paying long distance.

If you try calling like a local call without the + youll get an error message (please check the number...).

Either some type of scam or prank caller using some # spoofing software. Best to block number if you have google voice or through your cell provider if they can block.
