This is very much a scam.  The Wisconsin Lottery not only would not offer something like this, we do not contact people using text messages, nor would we use an email address like that.  It is always a good idea to remember that the Lottery does not contact winners to tell them that they've won unless you have specifically entered into a contest for that prize.  We also will never ask you to pay money to receive a prize of any kind.

got a text mess that I won the Lotto powerball game and my winnings,they listed everthing  sweepstake wanted my lotto number, that would be my cell number,,address also my name,age,and sex.  I checked with the powerball company they had no record of anyone winning from your cell phone number.  And the sec. part they wanted  me to email them at  "2924175784@qq.com" that is really a phone number.Don"t you kids fall into a trap where they get your info Just when I thought I was a million dollar man and could have a life of some kind.  So watch out folks don"t you kids fall into a trap where they take your money away and you don't know it till you go to pay for gas or something and find out you have no money..  Believe me,,, I know it happen to me and I'm still not recovering from it.   I even lost family over this thing,, take care  T.
