Most likely a money scam. A lot of scams are popping up at this time of year--from IRS to credit card to wire money "so I can cash my check". Please be careful. If anyone calls from your bank--they know all your information. Never ever volunteer any type of personal data.

Received a call from this number as well. I was half asleep, picked up and after realizing my headphones were still plugged in I removed them, answered and heard an automated "Goodbye."
