Received call at 1:09pm PDT. I did not answer. I am on do-not-call list. Reported it to FCC complaints online using form 1088G.

If you have an iphone you can click on the "information" logo, scroll down and block the number or you can have them save you thousands of dollars in credit card expenses!!!!!

I receive 2 to 3 calls a day from this company from their robots.  I select #1 to talk to their operator and now they are harassing me.  They sound like they are from India or the Philippines.   I want $500 for every call I have received from the and for $500 for each future call I receive from them.   They violate my privacy and peace.  I want legal options to collect now.  I have made several complaints on this matter previously and they seem to fall on deaf ears.    At a very minimum I want to be paid $500 for this call.

Yeah, I asked her what company she represented, and she hung up.  If you don't immediately sound gullible, they don't want to talk with you.  I'm on the "Don't Call" list, but I guess that doesn't apply to people in India "using" a phone number in the USA.

On the scam-meter, this one smells bad to me.

Caller calls me as "Card Services"  say that you can lower your interest rate press 1 to speak to an agent or press 2 to be removed.
I pressed 1 this time to speak to an agent as they have called before and they asked me if I had an interest rate of over 10% and I said yes, they asked if I carry a balance of over $3500 which I replied no to and they immediately hung up.
When attemping to call the number back it has been busy for multiple days / times.
