Made an apptmt with MidAtlantic Waterproofing.  Do not wish to do business with them and so told the estimator.  Now they keep calling.  

I keep getting this call too. Never answer but now that I know who it is I WILL be calling and be using these exact words. "At this time, I am instructing you to never use this number again and you are instructed to put me on your Do Not Call List. If I get another call from this number I will be instructing my Lawyer to persue litigation for which you will be responsible for up to a $2000 fine payable to myself".
I have used this many times. Had to follow through on my promise a couple of times with various results. But always with money sent to me.

About 3 calls per week, all hours of the day or night. Had a basement consultation about a year ago, too expensive. So now they call constantly to tell me that they have a crew working in my area and they can save me money. I tell them no, but they keep calling. So I stopped answering. I have actually spoken to three separate people and have told them I'm not interested. Recently though, a man from this number butt dialed me and left a long strange message, unbeknownst to him. He was obviously on the phone to someone else.  Talking about health care... and how we all want money. I am on speed dial.

This number calls 2-3 times per day and there is most often no message.  I did have an appointment with the waterproofing company 3 years ago, but they have just started these relentless calls in the last 3 months.  I wish they would stop calling!!

I cancelled an appointment TWO YEARS ago and they won't leave me alone.  Thankfully, we're moving soon!  LoL

It's Mid Atlantic Waterproofing, they're freaking relentless.

Report them until they die.

I also cancelled an appointment with MidAtlantic Waterproofing.  They call me every night at the same time.  Never leave a message.  They just called me and left a v/m.  The message wasn't audiable.  The female speaking almost sounded as if she was "mentally challenged" and kept saying my name and saying I was ignoring her.

MidAtlantic Waterproofing, they keep calling me too, but they never leave a message. I cancelled an appointment with them a month ago because they refused to inspect my basement unless all residents were present (not just the home owner, but ALL residents). I don't have time to play around with schedules and accomodate them, so I told them to take a hike. They still keep calling me, though.

I called the number back  MidAtlantic Waterproofing.  Why do telemarketers insist on calling and leaving no message.  Leave me alone.
