Oliver Davis from Smith and Cohen left a message for my son on our home answering machine today.

Mr. Davis needs to get a life.

My daughter has been getting phone calls from this number on and off for year. They claim they are a collection agency and telling her she owes them a lot of money. They refuse to send her any kind of statement or anything at all to show what the claim is really about. They just keep insisting she needs to give them a credit card number or her bank account number, my daughter has repeatedly refused. They have continued to call my parents house, my mom's cell phone, and even my sisters cell phone trying to get personal info on my daughter. They are extremely rude and we don't know who these people are and how to stop them from harassing our family. They claim to be a collection agency called Smith and Cohen but from what I can see the phone number does not match the company? I will put it in the company name box below anyway? The last person who called my daughter said his name was Oliver Davis.  

They just called my cell. LM with nothing on it. No idea who it was or who it could be. FYI
