Been receiving them on my cell, while I'm at my new job, daily for the last week.  Pretty sure all my bills are current, so I have no good guesses.  My cell identifies it as coming from Newark, DE.

WTF! I got one too! Same deal, no answer!  Intellius says the number is in Newark, Delaware. I think it is some kind of bot with access to numbers on Facebook testing them.

Just got called they hung up,i called it back and its out of service WTF

If it's not in service, it means the number is spoofed and you should treat the caller as hostile. What legit business or friend would want to fake the number they're calling from?

I received a call from this number this morning but never answer calls I don't know. They didn't leave a message...just another spammer is my guess. Reporting it now to the national Do Not Call List.

Recieved a call from this number today 12/9 at 10:03AM ET and did not answer.  They do not leave a voicemail message.  I get a call from this number once a week and its been for the past 4 weeks or so.  When I try to call the number back I get the "The number you have dialed is not in service" recording.  Phone companies should not allow a number to dial out and not accept incoming calls.

This should be a federal law violation as it costs us money for minutes.  If anyone knows how to make the local 302 telecom company aware of this let me know - I would report it if I knew how.

i also received a call this morning, but when answered nothing was said.  I also called back immediately and number not in service, but showed from Newark, DE.  I received this call on my cell phone.  So much for being on the "do not call list" for my cell number and home phone.  I'm tired of these calls.  They waste my time and minutes.  We should be able to charge them for the aggrevation...

Idiots. Want you to belive that because the Goverment has put out there to help people keep their home and do a loan modification the banks will work with you. This is bogus. None of the banks are working with home owners. They get the credit from the goverment and deine the home owner or take their homes enyway. The banks should have to be held accountable for this. And the tax payers are picking up the bill for this and still losing home and jobs. Way to go Goverment. I won't take the calls.

Just got this call on my home line.  When I call it back is says "The number you dialed is not in service" so it's a bogus phone number. Probably from a malicious collections company using phone number masking.
