What state are you in?  What is your attorney's name...or...what type of attorney do I look for?  They typically specialize in a particular area, like Family law, criminal, personal injury... What kind of attorney would take this kind of case?

Robo-dialer with a voice response.
Clean vents, A/C and dryer vents.
Reported them to donotcall.gov.
Called the number (with *67 to block my number) but the voicemail is full.

I got a call from this phone.

Same as above.   I get regular calls from these creeps.  I guess we're stuck with it.

This is an official written notice. My telephone number is unlisted and registered with the national do not call list. DO NOT call my telephone number anymore.

They have called a few times: automated system w/ hangup.  I've called the number back only to receive message, "the voice mail is full..."

I was on a 1 hour conference call this morning and they called 4 times during that period.  I answered the call when I was done (5th time) and it turned out to be a robo call soliciting air duct cleaning.

I have gotten 8 robocalls and cannot contact them to be removed from their list.  I have submitted a complaint for every call to the National Do Not Call Registry to no avail.  I am so annoyed at these calls and not being able to be deleted from their list.

here's what you do....
I have successfully sued telemarketers before.
From your phone company have them send you a copy hard copy printout of all incoming calls to your number for the last couple months or however long you've been harassed. Highlight these calls.

Then find a lawyer. There's no shortage of them who do this kind of work.

Last time I sued one of these s*** bags I got $2500. The fukkin lawyer kept 50% instead of 1/3rd
claiming 'fees'. but so what. I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement that I wouldn't divulge the name of the defendant...so I won't.

DO NOT BE LAZY. I gave my lawyer a printout confirming my do not call registry application.

Thing is...the Do Not Call Registry thing doesn't stop these turds...but....it is useful documentation.

I called the same lawyer today and I am going to sue the slime behind 302 394 6876.

Rcvd a call from 302-394-6876 stating they were offering a special air duct cleaning for $30.00, Caller ID shows the company name as Ktech. The call back number the telemarketer gave was an 800#. I called the number and got an answering machine for a carpet and duct cleaning company.  I can find no information on the company Ktech said they represented (AirDuct Care).  Though the young lady was pleasant and professional I am concerned since I can't find any business or phone info online for the company.

Some phone companies have a blocking service but you must pay a monthly fee or a per-call fee.

Costo and Amazon sell call blocking phones, there is no monthly or per-call fee.

Got a call again from this number starting with My name is Sam. I am no the do not call list and wonder why there is no action to fine and stop this operation after so many people complained about this. Are there paid employees at the National Do Not Call list? Do they have supervisors?

Called back the number and it said press 1 to be placed in the do not call list or 2 to talk to a human.

Well, we have been in a do not call list since the concept went national "ages" ago and guess what, pressing 2, states the voice mail box is full and hangs up right away!

Reived a call frm this number, it was an automated message selling carpet-cleaning services.  I was invited to stay on the line to speak to an operator to schedule an appointment.  I held the line - but only to inform whoever answered that I was reporting them to the National Do Not Call Registry.  When the female operator came on the line I told her of my intent, at which point she hung up.   The name that came up on my caller ID was KTech Services, but they must cold-call on behalf of companys who pay them - in this case some carpet cleaning service, K something, but I didnt catch the whole name.

Received a call from this number and I am on a do not call list.  This is a bogus marketing company they said they offered duct cleaning for 29.95.  When I pressed 1 and asked to speak to someone, I asked them where there office was located and the person said, "We have offices all over the place".  When I pressed for more information she hung up on me.  When you call the number directly now it says this is a telemarketing company.

Just received a call from K-Tech Service. My fax took the call. I did not pick up, I KNOW BETTER as I've been getting these types of calls for a while. Another # to watch for are the 800 Service. They are scams.

calling up here too  I never answer but it just gives the phone number on my call display
but not any name.   They never leave a message so its some stupid auto dialer
