I just called the number and got a live person and asked that I be added to their do-not-call list. She said that my numbers would be removed.

I am tired of the phone ringing and this number appears daily!!!! No one answers someone needs to ban this number!!!!
Colleen 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
I keep getting the calls too. I did call and type in my number for the do not call list, Hope I did the right thing here! This sucks!

CONSIDER ANSWERING & RECORDING THE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER!
THEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO TAKE TO AUTHORITIES!
I've been getting daily calls (even on weekends, I think) .. possibly more then once a day.
I finally Googled this # today after more then a month of this crap - and found this site.
Unfortunately, if you don't have long distance you can't do this, but ...
I dialed *67 (individual call block)(which you really don't need to do since they have your # already anyway) then 302-737-9533 ... The recording was a woman's voice that announced them as "Innovative Consultants" & the first option was to be taken off of their calling list or speak to a customer representative.
Having read many of these comments, I decided NOT to block my #. I'm going to answer the next time they call AND/OR : Ask them to hold for a moment, then dial Bank of America or local police on my cell, & let them hear for themselves!

This people constantly keep calling my house and l have asked them to stop and they have refused. How can l file a complain against them for harassment?

These guys have called 8 times in the last 2 hours! I never picked up, and they left no message.
After reading this, I called the number back. A recording came on and said press 1 to add to the "supressed list". I did, and they said allow 24 hours for my number to be supressed.
We shall see if this works.

I got a call from this number a few times, but I only use voice mail on the computer to see what calls I'm getting, the reason is I also get a lot of out of area phone calls and when answered I only hear a dial tone. I shut off my ringer and answering machine----total quiet!

The caller asked for me by first name only. She stated that she was with Bank of America and due to a lot of identity theft they were going to send me a copy of my credit report. I interrupted and told her that I did not need a credit report because I have credit monitoring through another bank. They asked which bank and I told them a credit union that they did not need to know about. The caller immediately hung up. There was a giggling in the background.

When I answer, they never say anything.
lhende 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown

Tracy 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown

I just got a call from these a-holes.
They tried to force a "free" credit report down my throat and when I challenged them on who they are & what they are doing, they refused to give me their information (name or number) and actually said "I have no number". When I realized that their free service was just a scam, I lost my cool and screamed profanities at them.
I'm contacting Bank of America, the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can think of.

This group called me. They did not say a word. I called them back and talked to a nice sounding young lady who promised to take me off their list. We'll see...
Colleen Downing 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
I simply would like for them (Innovative Consultants") to take me off their calling list. I have no idea who they are or why they repeatedly call.
John K. 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
IC keeps calling me everyday. Very annoying. Now I know what they're trying to get from me after reading these posts. Big banks are spreading my phone number everywhere.
MS. T. 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
they call me everyday and no one answers when I pick up. the bastards.
Lisa 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
They call a few times each week, and never leave a message... They are Innovative Consultants (they state that some of their customers are Bank of America, MBNA, etc.). Since I have a credit card with one of those companies, I assume they got my contact info that way, and are trying to solicit more business from me somehow. When going to their websites, both state "under construction"... How convenient (for them)!

Innovative Consultants, L.L.C.
141 E. Main St., Ste. 103, Newark DE, 19711
REGISTERED AGENT INFORMATION
Name: KENNETH SYLVESTER
Address: 141 EAST MAIN STREET SUITE 103
City: NEWARK County: NEW CASTLE
State: DE Postal Code: 19711
It is filed in DE as an Insurance Company/Producer. Kenneth is the owner. His cell phone # is 302-377-4282. Called it, Id's him. It looks like he is not in DE anymore. He looks like he acts like he is in DE with a PO Box, but actually is in Houston. This is typical as DE has some of the most lieniant laws regarding banking and financial companies. I would put his home address but that would not be right. But I do suggest calling him and not saying anything and let him say hello over and over until he hangs up.
Even More Tired of Their Calls 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
They call and then no one is there when you answer. I called this number back (302-737-9533) and you get a message saying it is Innovative Consultants. It gives you two options. You can press a number to be added to their no call list. I did and kept re-entering my number, but it sounded like they left off the first digit when they read it back to me so I hung up. If you call that number you can also speak to someone apparently. I can understand unwanted phone call solicitations but how can they be so stupid as to call for no apparent reason than to interrupt your day. I'm on the Virginia and US no call lists and they call anyway.
Graeme 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
Very annoying -- call came in with "I C 302 737 9533". I answered, said hello, but silence then a busy signal. Very rude.
Joann 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
they call almost daily. never leave a message. if it is a solicitation call, i want to know so i can report them to the do not call registry.
Ed 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
they keep calling. non-stop. when i answer the phone they hang-up. i don't know what to do. help!!!
D Hale 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
These people have been calling a few times a week and there is never anyone on the phone. The caller ID says "IC". I hate these calls with a passion.
Josh 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
Another near everyday caller. No messages or anything on the other end when picked up.
Matthew 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
They have called 6 nights running but there is always silence when I pick up. Today I picked up and there was actually someone there; they asked my name and when I confirmed they hung up.
bg 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
This number has appeared on my phone ID many times and I did not answer because I did not recognize the caller. Finally, today I called the number and asked how they got my phone number. The operator didn't know, so I asked to speak with a supervisor.
The supervisor said they were in Delaware and didn't know where they got my number from, but they would remove my phone number from their list. That doesn't satisfy me. Tomorrow I plan to speak with an officer at Bank America. I certainly do not expect my bank to give out personal information about me. Should I receive another phone call from 302-737-9533, I will not only contact the attorney general, but I will cancel my account with Bank America. It seems that no one respects our privacy, not even our banks.
Sarah Peters 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
It disconnected just a couple seconds after I answered.
H. R. Martin 2011-06-06 20:44:49 Unknown
I want to complain about these calls. I am already on the "Don't Call" listing, governed by Law.
