i got a call from grandscale fund at 302-793-7661. i only have this information because when i answer there is a hangup.
when i try to *69 them, it does not connect.

Have received a number of calls from them using various numbers. They are slime - they will claim to be calling from YOUR local Police Department or Fire Department. They must "determine" the department by your phone number - I have 2 phone numbers one of which is VOIP and has an exchange for a different town - they are calling both numbers and claim to be from the local Police Department - one location does not even have a police department.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO and file a complaint with the FCC and FTC.

Started getting 3 - 6 calls every day from this number as well as 302 793-7625 and 302 793-7639, No messages and if you try to call back they are non-working number.
Most likely another "electricity savings" boiler room or a "Police training, Firefighter training, War Vet" donation scam.

Just received a call from this number, I searched it online and it says its a Wilmington , DE number. And It came up as a landline, when I called my phone company to do a reverse phone search, it does'nt come up in their system. So they told me it is either an upublished number or a cell phone. Also, when I call the number back it rings for a long time with no answer or a message says the number you dialed is not in service. They called from 302-793-7667.

Scum Scum Scum - had several calls with hang ups, just received another call - they say they are raising money for Police training...BS! I get a number of these calls from a 717 number all the time - either Police training, Firefighter training or money for Vets - whey you ask for them to send info they try to get a credit card number for a "small donation"
Do NOT guve them any info they are scammers!

THEY ARE TRYING TO GET DONATIONS. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE WITH MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT....WHICH I KNOW THEY ARE NOT BECAUSE OF THE PHONE NUMBER....THAT AND THE FACT THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG "LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT"
