it seems that this is a telemarketing firm contracted by educational institutions (both private and public) to do the actual calling of collected, non-solicited information, and then transfer the call back to the actual institution who you gave your information to in the first place.

This number calls me several times a day, from as early as 7:00 in the morning to as late as 9:00 at night. They do not leave messages, when I do pick up there is no answer after 20 seconds or so, so I just hang up.

they keep calling me too but i called them back today and i understand that it is Blaine school, so what you have to do is call them back and then fallow the instruction to remove your number from there list. it will take 72 hours

Wont stop calling. Doesnt leave messages.
I am answered once and it took them like 15 seconds to ask to talk to me.
I said "No" and hung up...
