calling us on our cell phone 4 or 5 times a day...this has to stop...I don't know anyone in that area code...

This is by far the most aggressive telemarketing I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I don't know how good their academic offerings are but they are top notch when it comes to using/abusing the phone to peddle their wares. They should contract out their call center to creditors and bill collectors. As one of the previous posters stated, they start the calls between 8:15am and 8:20am. There must be a flu or something going around the call center because I have only had one call today, at 10:15am! It's 11:15am now. I've usually had at least 3 calls by now. I'll be calling them today as I do not recall requesting information or signing up for anything from Everest College or any college for that matter.

These people are calling me 8-10 times a day for a week now. It's gettin really old. I'm tired if it. You think they would get tired of it after a whole of atleast no one answering. And even if it was a university they really? It's obvious that the people ain't interested any longer and decides to go else where. How desperately for business can you be?!?! They start at 8:15-8:20am and call twice in the 8am hour then every hour after that til they reach about 8-10 times they have called me. Sometimes they skip a few hours to call later during the evening. It's out of control and ridiculous.

These people REFUSE to stop calling me.

They keep calling me although I requested to be put on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY

Ha ha! I requested info from Everest last night and they have called me 4 times today already. Once I scrolled to the bottom of this page I see an advertisement for Everest! That's is funny.

Phone rings 4-6  times  a day  pick up they just hang up after 5 seconds or so

I requested information from them last night and they called me @ 9:30 this morning. I didn't answer so they keep calling and have called me 7 or 8 times now! Ugh please stop!

i am getting sick of this number calling my cell phone and i even put my number on the DO NOT CALL list like they tell u too.

I made the mistake of putting my number on the Everest website. I usually put in my home phone which is connected to a fax - love the idea of telemarketers getting that fax electronic buzzing! I called the number back at about midnight and got a recorded message allowing me to tell them to take me off the call-list.  Said it would take 72 hours! In the meantime, I've set the ringtone for that number to "Silent" - doesn't bug me a bit when they call now and I like to think they are wasting money paying someone to call.

its Everest university.  Call them back and talk to someone.

It is Everest college.  If you go to the website, National Do Not Call Registry, and register the phone number they are calling, after 31 days of the number being registered, you can call the college and advise them your phone number needs to be removed because it is on the National Do Not Call Registry.  If they call you again, file a complaint at the website and they will receive hugh fines for calling your number.

Once your phone number is registered, if any telemarketer calls you and you advise them your number is on the registry, if they call you again, you can file a complaint.  I have had my phone numbers registered since the day the registry started, and I have never had a telemarketer call me back after advising them I was on the list.

i get calls from these damn people at least 5-6x a day,its a college but yet i haven't called them so why are they calling me!and how did they get my # i wish someone could tell me how to stop these calls this is now harrassment!!~!

Its some university. Call back the number and it will give you instructions to remove your number from their list, or so they say.

Thease people totally harass you 24-7 even when being told no!!  I Dont know where The got my unlisted home # and my cell # but this has got to stop!!  I asked them to remove my # from their Data Base but then thye disconnect U!!  Only to call later

THEY CALL ME ALL THE TIME! I AM REAL SICK OF IT!  I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IT IS, BUT THEY NEED TO QUIT CALLING ME.  THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE, THEY JUST CALL OVER 10 TIMES IN A DAY!

I got a call this morning. They called 3times in 1hour. Never left a message.

They wouldn't call if someone did not provide them with your phone number. This company does not purchase lists. There is no conspiracy with companies selling your personal information. Someone filled out a lead form, either you or someone else, and your number was on it.

It is annoying, but you just need to call them and tell them not to call you again. Once you are on the Do Not Call list, they have about 10 days for it to go into effect.

If you don't want to call and at least try to be removed, then you can always continue to type angry messages about it online.

Who are these flippin people????   They call me 4-5 times a day, leave no message.  I'm pretty sick of it.
Solicitation calls should be outlawed!
