I got two back to back calls from this number (Cell Phone, Florida) today. Each time I picked up, there was just dead air. I called it back to get my number off the list - which is on the Do Not Call List - and I got a message stating "this is not a working number. Check it again and call back" from the phone company!! HOW IS IT NOT A WORKING NUMBER IF IT JUST FRIGGEN CALLED ME!!??

didn't answer when this number came up (always leary of numbers ending in 9999)-area code is from Florida-left a recorded message but only the last few words-something about lowering interest rate

Just received my fourth card services call this week. Great. Being afraid of wearing out the number 3 on my number pad, I click on 1 so I can talk to a human being. Man answers. I tell him to take me off his calling list. He promptly replies ~ "F... You" and hangs up on me. Gee, I think he was upset that I actually had the nerve to talk to him...

I want a way to call these people back and harass them as much as they harass us. Or at the least, I wish I could actually meet him so I could knock the teeth out of his face.

Lower your interest rate....act now....press 3 to stop receiving notifications (yeah right!!!!) or press 0 to speak with a live operator about lowering your interest rate.   (now say that 10x faster than you read it and it would sound just like this sweet ladies voice!)

No answer, but it may be the same number that "Rachel" uses.   I get these credit card calls all the time telling me my time is running out to get lower interest rates....I hit "3" to be removed from call list, but it doesn't matter.  Even when you talk with a person telling them not to call any more - it doesn't work.  I have stopped answering any calls from "unknown" callers.

Yes, Rachel from cardservices calls a lot. You can't tell a robocaller about the Do Not Call list, and you can't talk to anyone because if you try to call back, the message says it is a non-working number. I think Wells Fargo must have something to do with these calls (indirectly) because "Rachel" knows the last 4 digits of my equity line. Where else would they get the information?

we've been getting calls from Rachel for over 2 yrs....but the CLUE to them is this:       ANY "NKNOWN" PHONE #  ENDING IN "9999"  belongs to this group,

the only thing changing----->   is the "area code" and "beginning prefix"

I got a call from 305 304 9999 a man asked I this was the home of Mike Millard I told him no, He asked if I new how to get in touch with Mike Millard I tole him I dont know A Mile Millard. he said :Ok Sorry to bother You" and hung up

Caller stated that they intend to *)&%$ and it was a crank call. So I hung up.

Cardholder services scam. Asked them many times to stop calling--they won't. Will report to donotcall.gov...again. What is the point of that website?

I called them back from iCall (thru the Internet. Google it if you want to download it) so they wouldn't know where the call was coming from (Spoofing) and the system stated that this was "...not a working number", so if you get a call from them, don't answer it.

Anyone who blocks their number can't be trusted...they're hiding something.

Want to have fun with these cretins.  Turn on your radio to Rush Limbaugh and push the number for a live operator.  Then sit the phone next to the Radio.  :-)

Got a call from "Rachel at card member services" at 11:25 AM November 22, 2011. I have gotten countless calls from "cardmember services" in the past few months. WHen is the government going to start enforceing the law? Why are these scammers allowed to continue duping people?

Didn't leave any message. I called back and the operator told me it was not a working number. So, if an outfit spoof's the phone number how trustworthy can they be?

When I didn't recognize the number on my caller ID, I didn't pickup.  I just KNOW that it was another crappy phonecall.

Just got another call from Rachel at Card Holder Services.  I'm like C and get calls a couple of times a month.  I've tried opting out from their service.  That didn't work.  I tried speaking to a rep.  That didn't work.  Once, I got fed up and played with the rep asking her for the card that I was qualified to lower my rate on.  She told me that I would have to tell her.  I told her that she called me and made the offer, so she MUST have all of my cards and the numbers and to just pick one that she liked.  This went on for about 10 minutes and when she got frustrated, I asked her if she had the capability to code my number "Do Not Call".  She said no and I told her that she better hope she didn't get me again or the fun would just start all over again.  Poor child, hung up on me.  Now, why would she want to do that?!?!?

This is going to be reported to the F.B.I. office in my area!
