We get repeated calls from this number at all times of day, any day of the week.

I filed a complaint against this number with the do not call registry. If you are on the list, I encourage you to do the same. Maybe together we can all get this to stop.

Filed a complaint after I was hung up on for asking for them to please take me off their list. Yes, I was nice and said please! By the sound of these complaints I guess I got off easy. She did not insult me... she just hung up. Keep filing reports with the FTC!

THis number called, left message saying this is your final call bla bla bla...they are nothing more then a fly by night collection/debt relief/ scam

Interestingly enough.  I took some info from this page, did a little more research and found that there is a Michael Ambrose connected to Pontis Real Estate in Miami Florida. Phone 305-324-9790.  With the phone number that is the topic of this discussion being registered to a Michael Ambrosie in the same area, that seems like too much coincidence to me.  Anyone on here from the Miami area that could go kick this guy's butt??

Receive calls from this number at least 3 times a week.  Starts out with a pre recorded message stating that this is my last chance to lower the rates on my Credit Cards.  Press 1 to speak to an operator.  So I press 1 and it gets transferred to a live person that asks for my name.  I never give them my name but ask them for information such as their number and address.  She reads the following information to me:

"We are located in Nevada, number is 1-800-359-3882 is the number, address is 372 Gilstrap, Reno, NV"

At that point I hear someone in the backgroud yell "What are you doing?!?!?"  and then the phone clicks and hangs up...

Get a daily call from this number almost. Never leaves a message. I also have received several calls that are offering to lower credit card rates... always ignore, never talk to these.

I keep receiving the same phone calls and when I press #1 to speak to an operator it wouldn't go through.  Called the number back and was disconnected.
Might be using the computer telephone that I see advertised on TV.  People please watch out I noticed an address on my credit report.  Actually 3 different address that I never lived at.  I believe they won't be caught because nobody can find a company name. They are probably fishing to get an unsuspecting person to get ss#.

or financial information, this is a SCAM....They are trying to save you money
on Credit Card Rates, Mortgages Rates, Car Insurance AND SO ON....THEY DON'T KNOW YOU AND  THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU...THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SWINDLE YOU INTO GIVING THEM PERSONAL DATA, DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!!!

get this!  that number comes through on my phone as  "SCAM ARTIST"
But it did say however this was the last phone call we would receive to get our credit card interest rates lowered. oh BOO HOO

It shows up on caller id as Scam artist. Funny and fitting.

Caller ID said "Scam Artist"

Caller ID stated Scam Artist.  We just hung up on the caller and reported it to the do not call regestry.

I got a call from this number.

I Have answered this call and demanded they stop call but to no avail.

I wish i could find out this company and put them out of business.  I got a call offering to lower credit card debt.  I selected option 1 to speak w/ an operator so I could ask them to add me to the do not call list.  The lady laughed, told me to f... off.  said that she could say whatever she wanted and that her supervisor was standing right beside her and i could not speak with them. called me an idiot and hung up!!!

then transferred me to Ray who said he was with dynamic financial and the first caller was with a telemarketing firm called account services   its all free   except for the $990 they do not clearly disclose.......called me back 4 times to harass me

We received a message on our answering machine about "this is you last chance for  a courtesy call, " and then the line disconnected.

Pushed  #1   And the Person Called Me a MOTHER F***ING RED NECK , just because I told them My Number was on the Do not call list .

Got the same message from two numbers (Florida, of course) saying they "needed to talk to me about my credit card".  Next time I will answer and play a loud noise or do something equally obnoxious.

Got another call today, did not answer.  They did not leave a message.  This is the 4th time they have called in the last week!  AHHHH!
