Got a call from 3055074746 and they said I was going to be sued tomorrow, and they wanted my attorney's phone number.  They called me on my job.  When called the number back he said his name was Jones from a Law Office and he said he was going to call my manager and report me for calling him back.

Keep getting calls at odd hours with no message. Telemarketers I believe.

I have received calls about this bladder sling. While I did not have it, a member in my family with the same last name did. They said they were working with the Florida Medical Board, I called them and they are not. The phone number they gave me to respond back to is disconnected 305-507-4746. The woman from Forida Medical Board said they are scamming and call the police with the info. The actual phone number that came up on my called Id is 561-345-1818 a wireless caller. Dont give any personal info. Don't people have anything better to do than to scam good people. God doesnt like that...vengence is mine says the Lord!

I got the same call and they sounded Nigerian. I just got off the phone with a woman calling from the number 210-301-0307. Earlier today I received two calls, one from IL and the second from FL. Caller ID on the third attempt identified the number as coming from Texas. The woman on the other end kept trying to get me to tell her if I had surgery in the past. (Stupid question number one). I asked her why she wanted to know and she told me I was entitled to a free money compensation for bladder sling surgery. She refused to answer any of my questions which angered me so I hung up. She sounded Nigerian not Texan. When she called back I informed her that I was not answering any personal questions until she answered my questions and could prove this was not a scam. She just kept talking over me saying the same thing over and over until I called her out. She put her supervisor on and he tried the same stupid tactics. I threatened to hang up and call the police if I did not get straight answers immediately. He claimed to be calling from the women's health center. I told him I don't live in Texas so what is this really about? What do you want from me. He switched gears and told me he was calling about a recall on bladder slings and the company was in Washington. BUSTED, I knew this was a scam. He explained that I was entitled to compensation from the recall from being injured by the sling. For one this I never said I had a sling but I played along. Then he asked me if I saw the commercials for bladder sling injury. I said, "Yes they've been on TV for years but how does this affect me? He tried to convince me that I could get my name on the settlement list. I said, "Don't you have to be injured for that?" He said yes and proceeded to diagnose my injuried over the phone. I informed him that I am fine and there is no claim here. He seemed disappointed by my honesty and proceeded to double check and make sure I not mistaken. I told him, "I know my own body. If anyone knows whether or not I am in pain it would be me and I would be calling the number on my TV screen not listening to a bunch of BS from a stranger trying to play on my greed and stupidity.

I get a call everyday. They don't speak English very well.  I tried to be nice and answer their questions.  They still call and ask me the same ones. So now I call them and ask them questions untill they hang. I had them cuss me out and everything so I am bothering them like they do me. I also get phone calls saying I've qualified for 10k or 7k from the government to use any way I want. .. those numbers are just symbols or to many digits.   Lmbo our government doesn't have money to give me. .. so try calling them

Got a call on my cell phone asking for Nicole. Yes that's my middle name. He proceeded to tell me they were gonna take care of my past bills for my surgery.  I've never in my life have even had any type of surgery.  I tried to tell him that and that I don't understand why he was calling me by my middle name and I don't sign any legal papers Nicole. He kept arguing with me then tried to act like he couldn't hear me so I told him to stop callingmy cell phone and hung up on him. It was a foreign man I could barely understand.

I kept asking who they were and why they were asking me these questions and he kept skirting around  answeing...it was really weird. What do these people know about my medical history? Not ok

I called and reported this number to the FTC and the FCC!

An Asian-sounding man called me from this number claiming he wanted to talk with me about my compensation for vaginal sling surgery.  What is creepy is that he had my cell number and my first name.  However, I haven't had this type of surgery.  Further, it was a call center.  You could tell by the sounds.  Clearly, this is a scam.

Received a call from this number with someone claiming to be with a company that helps people receive medical compensation for medical procedures they received.  He asked me about a bladder sling, I told him I don't have one and asked him why he is calling me.  He then asked me about an IUD, I told him I don't have that either, asked him again why he is calling me.  He said he is trying to get me compensation and wants to ask me some questions.  I told him I have no medical issues and don't require any compensation. I asked him where he is calling from and where did he get my name and number.  He said thank you ma'am and hung up. Caller ID said Miami, FL - no company name.

have been receiving calls from a 305 prefix I believe its in Miami Florida. When I asked this man who seem to be of Arabic the Middle East and whateverwhat his line business was was it sales marketing Exedra.he didn't stated that he was none of these things insisted on speaking to my wife. This is after he was told he was calling the wrong number trying to reach the wrong person once again please cause it happened several times before. After insisted upon speaking to my wife repeatedly and dogs 10 minutes she was by my side in at my protection.upon speaking to her as she left a car to go pick up our 6 year old child he began to solicit her for sex beginning by telling her she had a beautiful voice and that she sounded real nice and proceeded to talk about Luke's sex acts I'm not going to get into detail on that but. Something should be done about this I found to undo the feds police and if nothing is done real well

These guys are taking advantage of international calling laws. I just tell them that they must be taliban fund raisers. That seems to shut them up. Problem is if you answer any of these calls you verify that your number works.

I got a call today and someone said in a foreign sounding voice "Did you have hip surgery?"  I told them honestly that I had not had hip surgery and said have you had hip surgery and they hung up on me.

Yesterday, Feb, 13,2014, I recieved 7 calls from different numbers, including this one. Today, this number so far has called twice.  I never answer the phone.  They will never leave a message.  The minute you answer the phone, they have you.  Its a BIG scam.  Leave me alone.

They call me many times and never leave message at all. They are  very annoying and when you question them they just hang up on me.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said was one.  Also when i said i hadnt bladder surgery he called me a liar.

I received calls in the past regarding a recent surgery I have NOT had, This morning I got the same call from this number. They have my name, address and email address and when I ask them why they want to verify this information, they hang up on me, I called the number back, and after a hang up, I got a male who would not identify himself but said things like let me explain without interrupting me b+++ch??!? in a polite manner of course....and then gave me the same speech as before, this is regarding some monetary compensation. I googled the number having no idea there would be a whole forum about it. Wish there was something more  could do besides blocking the number. Will be checking into that.

Shortly after the Target security breach (both my husband and I used our credit cards at Target during that time)  I began receiving telemarking calls from a number in Florida - (#305-507-4567).  The man calling sounds like the same man every time which is not typical for a call center, though I do hear other telemarketers in the background.  He has a thick Indian accent and broken English, he says he's calling from a "medical center".  I have previous asked the name of his company and his business purpose, to which he responded "we're not a company we're a medical center, who told you we are a company?" and "this is not business".  He refuses to answer any of my questions directly and instead tries to manipulate by changing the topic to something irrelevant like repeatedly asking "who told you we are a company?".  I have asked over 8+ times to be taken off his list, I am registered on the national no-call list, but he continues to call every few days.  I hung up on him this morning after telling him to take me off his list again and he immediately called back which again is not typical for a legitimate calling center, at this point we began to argue.  I ask what he was selling and he said "I am not selling anything I'm here to help you" and that he has information that I "had a surgery a long time ago", I stated "No I have never had a surgery", then he asked if I'd taken birth control pills in the past and I said "nope", then he asked if I'd ever taken an anti-depressant and I replied "Nope and none of this is any of your business, I am reporting your number to the FCC for harassment and I don't need your help, to which he responded "F*** off yourself!", I laughed and said "F*** off yourself??  You f*** off yourself" and hung up.  Obviously this is not a real company because they would not keep calling, they would have to state their business and company name and they definitely would not tell a consumer to f*** off.  I feel very strongly that this number is associated with the Target scandal and that he is calling to try to get more information out of me.

Someone at this number will not stop calling me about a surgery. I havent had any.. I have told them that I am on the DoNot Call registry

I received a call on Monday February 3, 2014 from this number. I picked up as I was expecting a call from a new client who just happened to be of Indian descent and he sounded like him. He asked for me by my name and I said this is "she" and listened. He started rambling on about some surgery I had and that I owe.....blah blah blah and I could hear noices in the background. I thought it was suspicious but thought maybe I heard him wrong and called back. I asked if it was AJ and he fumbled a bit and said no Adam then I hung up. I am furious - do these people have nothing better to do with their time. I do not want to be charge - VERY UNFAIR....and want to know what steps to take to report this and block this call. I already have contacted "call blocking" etc. but apparently it didn't work. This call is coming from Miami/Hialeah company. Company does exist but apparently a cover - it was coming from a land line at the company I looked it up. Any suggestions to reverse charges - this is disgusting :(

Person would not identify themselves, kept saying he was from Australia. Another voice was on the line, a female, she was clearly frustrated and said she was also reporting the number. The mail voice knew all personal information, address, telephone, bank location. Almost a threatening tone and making very obscene comments, even after putting my husband on the line.

When they call me from this number they tell me that they can loan me up to $50,000.  They say they are replying to a loan request I had done on line, which never happened.
