please catch this daily intruder

I received a call from this number with the same recording.  
Also received it from 562-246-0169, with the exact same recording.
If I could figure out the name of the Company, I would complain to the DNC list and to the company.

To anybody who receives the scam calls from 305/836-7371, you can file a written complaint with the FTC to try to stop this fraudulent carap.  I have been licensed as a Texas attorney for almost 15 years, and this type of call irritates me than almost anything else that I have dealt with.  I have lodged a complaint against the, and you can also mail in your written complaint to:

I don't think any form of the complaint is necesary, but a letter explaing why you are complaining should do the trick.

called in stayed on the line for a bit in silence then they hung up

They just called me and actually left a message this time. They said this was my final chance to get the interest lowered on my credit card. I was supposed to press one or never be able to lower my interest again. This is obviously a scam since they claim to be a mortgage company for some people and credit card company to others.

This is what you do…  Buy a whistle and keep it handy and when they call again

I just received this call on my cell phone.  Telling me my rate is going to expire if we don't act fast.  It was an automated half cut off message.  Tried calling back and operator said that the number is no longer in service or disconnected.

What good does posting here do? There are over 100 reports about this phone number, it's obviously a "forwarded" bogus number used by scammers. Who is looking into shutting the place down?  Some one on this web site? Why don't they post a government web site that oversees this sort of thing?  Don't waste your time here.  They are just selling ads.

Filed a complaint with donotcall.gov.  Numerous calls from this number offering reduced interest rates and free trips.  They are ignoring the do not call law.

Stop calling.....don't want your business.

Sick of these people calling for no apparent reason.  I am about to change my phone number.

Today, March 10th, I called this number that appeared on my caller ID on March 6th.  I get a message that it is disconnected- maybe this scam company has now moved on to another phone number.

car warranty call.  I'm all ready on the do-not-call list and the number was obviously spoofed.  When I asked about "comparing rates" I was told that I only get one call.  So I asked about a privacy policy and was quickly hung up on.

I believe the disconnected message is actually a fake message that "they" recorded in order to try and fool you into thinking it was a real disconnection through the phone company. Maybe we should start putting a "this number has been disconnected" message on our phones.

the caller left me 2 msgs.... said "why aren't u answering ur phone? i need to talk to u"...... then when i called "him" back, the number had been disconnected or no longer in service......

I have had calls from this # and usually do no answer it. The message is recorded and says thy can lower my interest rate on CC.I do not carry a CC. Today I answered it.  To talk to a rep, press 1. I did and said I wanted my # removed from their calling list. She hung up on me before I could complete my request.

"Last day for credit card interest rate reduction" pitch.  Pressed 1 for a human, and when he came on the line I said you have repeatedly dialed my number which is on the do not call list, and he cut me off and proceeded to tell me how much an idiot I was and how rude I was and then he hung up, without waiting to hear my response.  I have turned in this number to the state AG, but no results so far.

Apparently, this is how telemarketers are getting calls through to automated phone lists now.

They won't quit calling after my many attempts to have them quit. They hang up on you and won't give any info.

They call and don't leave a message.

CALL ALL THE TIME! recorded message says it's about my car warranty and this is my last chance to act before they reclassify my auto. WTH?

these people continually call me to lower my interest rates on credit cards i have begged, asked, pled to them to stop this but yet they continue and it never ends . what can i do ?

These people must have a way to tap into the phone system to turn on/off
the #(305)836-7371. They are trying to aquire your personal information
to acheive access to your personal financing accounts,to swendle you out
of your money. (witch is a crime)The local/state or U.S.government,in my
oppinion,could track down and STOP all the phone calls these people are
making, and have charges brought up on them for telephone,herrasment,
sence nobody else seemes to know how to stop all the calls.

This is the second time in a few weeks. It just goes to our answering machine and they hang up.

One person said they from credit couseling, then a woman got on the phone and said she was from Experion and wanted to lower my credit card rate. She became very insistant on wanting my credit card #. Don't give anyone your credit info! They aren't getting mine.

This number called me, but I couldn't get to my phone in time. They didn't leave a message so I tried calling the number back, and there was a recording saying the number has been disconnected.

My husband and I are on the DNC list (and have been) and every day we get a call from these guys about "last chance" and since we do not carry a credit card balance, I finally chose to select the option to speak with a person.  When the person answered, I started in with my story and asked to be taken off their list and they hung up on me!!!  The nerve!!!  My husband called the number on caller id and got a recording that it was "no longer in service."

Has called me several times...never leaves a message...Caller ID list it as "out of area".

Why cant someone regulate these illegal calls?
