I have received several calls from this number. They left a recording on my answering machine threatening me, telling me I need to return the call now b/c there is a lawsuit against my with my name and social security number and that either myself or attorney need to call. THIS IS A SCAM. The person claims his name is Al Smith. First of all he has a thick accent, middle eastern decent. Second they refuse to give you any real details. I fell for this scam last year and these idiots stole $750.00 out of my bank account by scamming me into thinking I did something wrong and they used my debit card so the money would come out right away. If you owe a debt like credit cards or pay day loans, the police cannot take you away and out you in jail. Not paying a debt is not a criminal matter so don't let these people scare you. They will use males and females to call you and use scare tactics. They use normal names which is funny considering many of them have heavy accents. Don't be fooled by these people and don't let them scare you. I learned the hard way.

I got a call from crystal or Kristen Barber ( too thick of an accent for me to understand) telling me I was being sued for allegations but didn't say specifically what.  She mumbled through her employers name and didn't leave it in a VM after I hung up.  She called 2 times in a row at my place of business. I haven't received any paper work about allegations and when I tried (6) times to call them back I got a busy signal each time.   She is telling me I could be arrested and if I fail to respond or have my attorney respond to have good luck.  I'm sure it's a scam be ware.
