Yesterday at 2:30 pm I received a called from an attorney with an indian accent who said to be sheldon from Dunn Law Firm saying that Us Cash/American loan company had filed a law suit against my name and my social number, because I hadn't paid a loan of 499.00.  I told him that I had never received such loan from any/this company and that I could prove it with my bank statements.  I asked him for the date of such loan deposit.  He said in May or 6 months before.  I told him that that wasn't truth. Well he said they were going to take me to court and I was going to be under custody until everything cleared. I was so upset and he hanged up.  So, Again today I received another call. I asked the name of this person, he said to be Dany.  He told me the same thing. So, I told him that he had to send me proof of what he way saying a copy of the loan that I had signed where I was accepting this loan, and a copy of the deposit.,that my lawyer was going to contact him ( I was just playing along), but then he started saying b.b. sh. so, I told him:  You and that person or company that filed the law suit against me are  being tracked down by the FBI are already alerted them, so dont try in anyway to bother me at all. As soon as said this they hang up.  After I said this I called the FBI and I gave all the information to them. Lets, see if they keep on calling or harrasing me. But, know one thing for sure, Next time I try to ask for a loan I'll go to a local company in person. I'll be more careful when I give my info on line you never know who is on the other side.

This person, "Brian Maxwell", called me today and told me that a judgement from American Cash was being placed against me, 3 different charges related to fraud. I have never of this business. 309-832-4634.

This evening at 5pm I get a all from this number from a clown who has a heavy indian accent just like all of you say that has called you.  He claims that I have a payday loan from US Cash -- NOT -- so when I told him no I don't he claims that US Cash has offices all over the world.  When I asked him when did this transaction take place he at first said "June 17, 2013; then he said or maybe 3 months before, or maybe 3 months before that or as long as 2 years ago."  So, I asked for the attorney's name and he said, "Thomas Dunn from the Dunn Law Firm."  Well guys, when I asked for Mr. Dunn's phone number he said that he could not give it to me so I told him I will get it from the ARDC.  This clown went off.  Claimed once I hung up he will contact Mr. Dunn to issue a warrant for my arrest.  

Well guys, I checked with the Dunn Law Firm in Bloomington which is where this number is supposedly registered -- no such person.  I also sent them an email asking for my court number and hopefully I will hear from them before I AM ARRESTED so I can give you guys an update.  I'll try to notify you all from the county jail!

same thing just happend to me  posing as law officer  said will be arrested told him to crawl under the rock he crawled out from under.  this call came from 309 area code last week they came from 415 area code.. Thick indian accent.  may need to change phone number.

This guy named Jason Dean called stating he was from Dunn Law Firm. He told me I was going to be arrested  and charges were going to be filed. I called the real Dunn Law Firm and they confirmed that this was a scam. The guy that called me had a very strong Indian accent as well.

This stupid Shaun Andrews calls me at my home every single day from this number, says for me and my husband or our attorney to call this number back, and this matter is extremely time sensative.  Very
strong India accent, says if we do not return the phone call he can only wish us good luck as this
starts to unfold.
I'm calling our attorney general this is getting really old.

You need to tell her these are bogus calls and not to answer the phone if she doesn't recognize the number.  She may also want to file reports with the local police and state attorney general, ftc & fcc.

They just called me and my job talking about I would be arrested by 11 am tomorrow. BUT I called the real Dunn Law Firm and they confirmed that it is indeed a scam so don't worry about the police arresting you or getting a lawyer. The people at the real Dunn law firm are handling the situation I was told.

I too got the same call on my cell phone. He has all my information! Going to get a lawyer for this harassment. The guy said his name was Austin Hall.

The same thing happened to me. But they had the audacity to call my job! And then 911 called me and the lady impersonated an officer so I called the police department and the officer that she impersonated was a man! And I called Dunn law offices and I asked them if they had anyone working for them by the names of Tom Cooper or jack conowry and they said no.... I'm taking legal action b/c this is harassment!

Called my cell phone and said I would be arrested for bank fraud really then he stated I had money deposited in my checking account which I have never had a checking account. Then he said I would have to prove myself in court. He also had a heavy Indian accent and was very very rude!!!!!!!!!!!! So when I tried to call them back he hung up on me and the line has been busy for over an hour wow stupid stupid people

called my phone saying he worked for Dunn Law Office, thick Indian accent.  Sayting I would be arrested...

Called me at work, could not hardly understand him. Said I would be arrested and that he was with Dun or Dunbar Law offices. Wanted more of my personal information so that he could process the matter. I told him to call my lawyer.

Called several times did not leave a message. Next day called threatening a legal matter stating he worked for Dunn Law Offices & I would be arrested if I did not call him back. He had a heavy Indian accent.
