They dont care nor abide by the DNC list, so stop saying you are on it, its a joke

I got a quote from dirc tv 2 days ago, next day these people start calling. I blocked the numbers. Today when i asked "how did u get this number" i was primptly hung up on.

I meant to say the call says it is from Bever Hills, CA

I just got my fourth call of the day at 6:55 pm. The first one was 11:52 am

I almost never get unsolicited calls on my cell phone. Last night I called DirectTV with a service problem. This morning I've received about 6 unsolicited calls. The all had the name of a city such as Phoenix, Los Angeles, etc. I don't ever answer them. But I checked the other numbers on line and they all said something about calling DirectTV. Since their call, they have been receiving these calls. I just called DirectTV. The lady said they do have call centers from different states. If I didn't want them to call me, that I should give her my cell number and it would be on a blocked list so I wouldn't be getting their unsolicited calls. Now, we'll see what happens. I told them if this continues, I will change to another service.

Same thing--started getting calls after I signed up for Time Warner Cable (And before they had come out to install). Definitely looks like TWC is giving up some information. Beware peeps.

I'm on the national do not call list and they keep calling and hanging up once my answering machine picks up! I live in Wyoming!

I had been on the phone this weekend with TWC and now this number is calling me also. I never answered since I didn't know the number, came to look it up on Google lol. Weird.

The 4th call from this number since I signed on with Comcast last week.

We signed up for Direct TV recently and now I'm getting calls from this number and a 602 #. I finally answered and it was a woman with an accent wanting to sell me discount cable and internet services, which would be nice if it wasn't a scam. This sketched me out and now I'm contemplating cancelling with DirectTV if all they are going to do is sell my phone number to foreign scammers.

Got 3 calls from them a couple days after I talked with Time Warner Cable to get a digital converter mailed to me on my existing account.  No voicemails, calling the number back gets the message "Invalid pager".  I answered the third call, background noise sounds like a boiler-room.  They asked if I need cable or internet or telephone service at my home; I said I've already had service for years and asked how they got my number, they said I made an inquiry with "one of our affiliated companies".  I said I did not make any inquiries to them and to put my number on the do-not-call list, and that this was a cell phone and it's an FCC violation to call me unsolicited.  I can't believe TWC is giving people like this their customers' names and numbers, it's yet another reason to hate Time Warner Cable.

I got the call today after calling Time Warner Cable on yesterday. I think a complaint needs to be filed with the FCC.

Called me several times, I didn't answer. Tried calling the number back, message said "you've reached in invalid pager number"

Kept calling me about diect tv deal..

Uh oh!  I called for pricing yesterday from Direct TV.  They had a promotion going on and so I checked it out and they DID ask for my personal information including SS# (which I did not give out) and now today the calls have started from that phone # with no one there so far.  Yep they are blocked and not switching!

I'm now getting these calls from the same number! 5 or more times a day! I'm seriously about to get pissed!

I called DirecTV and Dish yesterday just to inquire about rates; didn't sign up for anything.  Today I get this jack@ss calling me.  This is a scam and someone is leaking the phone numbers.

Hang up call to my answering machine.  I have comcrap (excuse me, Comcast) and had some dealing with them around the time of this call.  Caller ID shows unknown name.

They called me and asked hoe I was today. I told them I was very busy and disconnected. They haven't called back

Signed up for TWC yesterday and got the call from 3102014562 today. When I asked how they got my number, they hung up. Fraud, scam.

Scam! Received a phone call from Beverly Hills. I said "Hello" and the guy on the line asked if I was interested in Cable for my TV. I asked him where he got my number and he cursed and then immediately hung up.

I called the number back and immediately it kicks to a voice recorded message that says "this is an invalid pager number" and then goes to a dead tone.

Similar to many other people's reports here, I also just signed up for U-verse internet from ATT two days ago. Coincidence?

I'm also on the do-not-call list. I have reported the FTC. The more people that report this to the FTC, the faster they will investigate.

I have TWC and just called two days ago to change our internet package.  Just started getting calls from this number yesterday.  I answer "hello" and they hang up.  They last time they called, I answered but didn't say anything.  Then a girl said "hello?" so I said hello back.  Then she hung up.  What the hell?

I called to get pricing info yesterday to Direct  TV. Today there calling me from 310-301-4562 ):..
I said I was using a friends phone and that I do not have one and they stilled called back to the phone I dialed from.

I have a dispatch today with Time Warner Cable, and the same exact thing happened to me

Got a call from some unnamed cable company ( I work in corporate-level networking), stating they are offering cable and phone.

I stated that I'm with TWC and the LEC Rep hung up

Going to call my enterprise-level contacts to report this issue - I just signed up with TWC and already received a telemarketing call about cable - Unacceptable.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
