It's fairly obvious that several of the 'people' that were sticking up for Dean are in fact Dean himself using an alias.  He's well known for doing that.

As a matter of fact, Dean was CONVICTED of those rapes, but got a HUGE deal in a plea bargain.  The court gave Deannie boy a 10 year suspended sentence.  One of the stipulations of his probation is that he's forbidden to use an alias on social media.

Well, just like he's done here, and countless other places he couldn't resist doing it again.  He was brought back to jail and was ordered to complete the 10 year sentence with HARD LABOR!

It makes me so sad to read posts like this, that "this never happened". It wasn't just some angry sorority girl... I was a victim at 15 years old in NYC. He is a sick f*** and I hope he dies a very slow and painful death.

My Spanish is not "Perfect" but clear enough to ask these individuals to stop calling me. They don't speak English at all, and they have tried to sell me some thing that I have not asked nor requested. They get VERY agitated, rude, and use a lot of cursing while talking with them. I wouldn't be surprised that their Legal Status is not LEGAL....which it makes me even more frustrated as a Tax Payer. Please keep in ind that when they call me at my Number (Below), I am already in bed. You are under PST (Pacific Standard Time). I'm under CST (Central Standard Time) or 2:00 hours ahead of your Local Standard Time. yes, I received calls at 11:30 PM some times or mornings, afternoons, or weekends....Just tired of it!!!. It also makes me wonder if the "owner" of this business pays any type of Taxes, his Legal Status, and how he lured these men, and women to do what I've explained above. I would appreciate it if you could investigate my case regarding these undocumented individuals and their "Selling Tactics", and explain to them that they are in the US not in Latin America. It is interesting, and worth noting that Dean's parents have appealed to the media on their own sort of PR campaign to get him out of jail.  Even after so many people have come forward with stories of how Dean has hurt them, his mother says he's harmless, never fights (actually this might be true...because when I knew him he was pretty cowardly....but I don't believe that his jailhouse beating was technically a fight.  The Sheriff says he popped his own cell door when he wasn't supposed to, and then got beaten up.  So Marilyn, I'll hand you that one. Dean doesn't fight. But he does think the rules - both inside the jail, and on the outside - don't apply to him), and uses his "social media addiction" as a security blanket.  It's generally accepted by both social codes of morality and THE LAW, that sex with girls who are teenagers when you are a grown man is NOT HARMLESS.  In fact, in the eyes of the law that is predatory behavior.  Regardless of the crimes of rape (and please don't think I am dismissing these crimes as insignificant...they just have not YET been proven), if Dean is even having consensual sex with these teenagers, repeatedly and obsessively contacting them by text or social media, attempting to photograph them in various shades of undress by misleading them into thinking he is a legit photographer or agent, lurking in coffee shops to pick up high school girls....ALL of this while he's a grown man....I would implore his family to recognize that these behaviors are NOT HARMLESS.  They are in fact, indicative of deep issues and imbalance.  I suppose that the current attempts by the Kellys to paint their son's crimes with rose colored hues is in fact a large part of why he has grown into such an utterly depraved man.  Marilyn and Jerry Kelly are well aware of the other times Dean has been arrested and questioned by the law over the years. Each of these incidents have been related to Dean trying to gain access to girls by using false pretenses (I'm sensing a theme). And it is actually illegal. (Fraud and Impersonation are just a couple of legal offenses that come to mind).  And normal men don't keep having these run-ins with the law. These parents are the ones who have witnessed his harmful behavior for many, many years.   They know he creates fake businesses to lure girls to their home.  They know he keeps multiple cell phones and fake identities. They know he steals compulsively.  They know he's lied about so many details of his life for so many years that he can't even keep track of reality.  They know about his reckless sexual encounters, without a care for the multiple harmful consequences of unprotected sex (I'm talking pregnancies and STDs here.  Again, I question their use of the word "harmless"). So as each of these new charges rolls in, from the young girls saying he raped them (mom & dad WHY does it not bother you that your son was having sex with teenagers? He is 40!), child porn on his computer, giving underage girls alcohol....and on, and on....the very fact that they are going on the media offensive to protect their son is very telling.  It perhaps is enought to explain why he's in this mess in the first place.  There doesn't seem to be a moral compass in the parents either.

Dean Kelly now charged with four new charges including carnal knowledge of a minor (the girl was only FOURTEEN YEARS OLD), child porn, kidnapping and something else I don't recall. Bail was increased--now at two million, eight hundred fifty thousand. Something tells me he won't slither out of this one. I am convinced that this nightmare is finally over, it is done. There are multiple new charges against Dean which the DA is now investigating. Yeah, I ran into him at the store.  Thought it was some regular good-looking guy...seemed normal and nice. He gave me his number (310 775 1559) and wanted to hang out at some public event.  Didn't really think anything of it.  I go to Tulane and found out that he was arrested.  I didn't even realize that the same guy looked exactly like Dean Kelly.  At the store he told me his name was Ty. So not only was I harassed by him at the store but also on facebook. weird.  He probably spends all his time doing this.

Dean Kelly has been arrested for 3 separate rapes in New Orleans. He is currently in jail on charges of "disturbing the peace" which is a nice way of saying stalking and cyber texting a number of girls. The judge revoked his parole on the disturbing the peace charges so he will be IN JAIL for 5 months. He can be nice and be sweet and try to act normal so you fall for his stuff. even if you dont fall sexually you can just fall in general for his acts to think he isnt a horrible guy just an attention w***e. Yes, I can and DO blame Dean's family, and his pretend wife for "hoping against hope." It was their "hope" that enabled him to assault and harass more women while he was out on bond AND for the past 10 plus years.

These allegations ARE NOT ridiculous dear..I've know the guy for 25 years and have seen him all over NY and LA with young girls and up to no good.
