That might be some truth to that because I didn't start getting the call until I got Direct TV installed the other day...but they would just hang up when I answer.

This number called my fiance today and she picked up and she said they were selling cable address so I asked them what the company name is and she said they just sale phone/internet/and cable so I got the phone and when I asked what the company name was my call was disconnected.. im reporting this number for fraud. Its in california I know this for sure.

This number calls and when I call it back it says the caller isn't accepting calls right now

This number calls during the day, but I leave my phone in the car while at work. Like others, it started after I checked out/ called Direct Tv. Very annoying.

This number just called me. Caller ID says they were in beverly hills. I let it ring. no message. Immediately afterward i received a call from 800 244 1111. same story. I signed upfor Directv 2 days ago. probably selling my number overseas.

Called dish about new service, I didn't subscribe. Today a***ole calls from this number and talks to my wife and she said they would have to talk to me, they immediately hung up. Number now is not accepting calls. it's bogus as hell...

Just got a call from this number WHILE the DirectTV guy is installing! They hung up immediately when I answered. WTF?? Very shady. I am on the DNC list, so I will be reporting them to the FCC.

No one on the other end

This is a solicitation service for Direct TV. if you call them or do it over the internet, your number gets over to the telemarketing dept. block them.

I was called by this # for the first time at 12:45 pm.they asked me if I was happy with my cable service and they were trying to offer me direct tv service.the funny thing is,I was searching for direct tv on line last night to switch from dish.there's 2 sites that when you try to open them,it pops up a telephone # instead of going to the site.they must be retrieving your # from those sites.good thing I switched providers last night and not this morning huh.

called me mama like a milllion times, very nervous, so shady,  some people are just horrible, get a life

they just called me, trying to sell me cable, asked for my social sec #

they didn't leave a message like most bums. How do they expect to get business when they won't identify themselves. My caller ID said preferred circle. I have no idea what that is or who it was.

Same as most of the above.  Person did not speak good English.  Wanted to know if I would like to get TV and internet with no upfront charge.  When I ask him what company he said it was he hung up.  I am going to block number.

I just received a call from them too on my cell phone, they hung up right away. And I have Dish also, and this is the primary number. Wondering if there is a connection.

I finally answered after they had been calling me 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks. Definitely something shady about them, a women in a very nervous voice said "we are offering deals on cable TV", I just said I wasn't interested and she said they would take me off of their list.

I'm pretty sure they got my number through the dish network website.

They have called two days in a row, both times I missed the call and both times they left no message.

I finally answered incoming call, guy called me mam by accident then he hung up. Apparently he confuses genders or I sound like a deep voice lady. anyhooo, after reading these notes, i will block the call, thanks everybody.

Everyday for the past couple of days...

Called the number and it said call could not be completed to try again.  Solicitation call.  They call none stop. One right after another.  Block if you can.

Solicitation.  Caller was trying to sell phone/internet/cable services.  They did not identify the company's name, which was odd.

Same thing on husband's cell, nobody on other end when he answers

Same story for myself, I call only to find that "your call cannot be completed".
