Nothing to identify the caller so we didn't answer, but it appears (from other posters) that this is Time Warner Cable. The phone number called is on a "Do Not Call" list, so... STOP CALLING!

I keep receiving calls, it leaves a message as time warner, I DO NOT HAVE TWC, so annoying that this number keeps calling, must find a way to block it.

Got a call every week day around 11am-1pm from the same number. I didn't answer and they left no message. Finally answered it today and it was a Time Warner Cable rep trying to ask me about my service and trying to sell me a home phone line (who uses those anymore??) and other "services" they offer, even though I am already a customer of TWC for internet. I'm hoping that by answering they will stop the daily calls. If I get another one tomorrow I will report them.

Their stock is taking a chet so theyre squirming.... I hate the calls. but got some puts if you know what I mean.. lol..

If you are getting marketing calls from this number: 310-464-1422 it is Time Warner. To stop them all you need to do is sign into your TW account online and start a chat session. Tell the rep you want marketing calls stopped. They will ask for your 4 digit PIN. Once they have that they then can block all marketing calls from their company from coming to you. It definitely works and the calls will stop within 48 hours.

Almost answered it since I know a lot of folks in LA and figured one might have a new number, but decided they'd leave a message. Usuallly, TWC wants me to get a land line, which is redundant since they are calling my cell phone.

Several calls from this number so far. No idea, except for the number, who this is. The one time I actually talked to somebody he said, Let me just ask you a few questions to see if I can save you some money. I asked what company he was calling from, but he didn't even hear me or take a breath, just kept prattling on. At which point I hung up. But I've had at lesst 2 calls per day since MOnday. I've registered a complaint with the FCC's phone scam/spam site.

Yup just had this happen, called daily and I finally picked up and got some offers for some crap I don't want. I have a call block so it was an easy fix, but something like this should be reported to the better business bureau(?)

When I answer the call, I hear nothing on the line and then the call disconnects.
This would appear to be a repeat of phone calls I was receiving from Time Warner over a year ago, seeking to sell me Time Warner phone service (as I am a Time Warner Internet subscriber). When I finally got a human on the line over a year ago, I asked them to remove me from their call lists. Clearly, that removal was only temporary.

Caller ID said Time Warner Cable. They called me once a day for 5 straight days and I finally answered it on day 6. It was indeed a TWC telemarketing call pushing their home phone service. I'm a TWC internet and TV customer, but it's really annoying that they're targeting their own customers for unwanted phone services.

The ID said "Time Warner Cable." No message, but this even after I told them NOT to call me! I got one call yesterday on Friday the 13th of all days. I was hoping to find out on this site what they want, even though I said don't call me.
They have been calling me from various numbers, esp. during and right after that nasty dispute with CBS. The number was usually the toll-free customer service number, not this one. Never any message, just one time a recording about my "valuable feedback" and that they would "try another time."
Probably trying to sell me more service, even with what I pay now and that stupid blackout. It also took me 3 tries to get credit for that blackout. 3 people told me 3 different things, and the 3rd rep "was the charm" as they say.
