Text msg saying: "Do you have credit cards $10K or more? Our debt relief program can lower your payments immediately. Can we contact you?"

This company keeps repeatedly texting me. The text message says: "Do you have credit cards $10K or more? Our debt relief program can lower your payments immediately. Can we contact you?"

It costs me every time they do this and when you call and ask them to stop you get a big run around. This is just WRONG!

The text message I got from them said, "We can get you a FREE home security system. Don't leave your home unprotected. Would you like to learn more about this?"

When I called the number the voicemail box was full. I'm guessing it's full of messages from people complaining about this baloney.

I used intelius.com to reverse lookup the number.

Irritating. Don't own a house or live in one.
Can't report to the FCC because they didn't provide a website.

This came in as a text message on my cell phone on 11/11/09 @ 2:00 PM.
I called the number back and it says that the mail box is full and can not accept any more messages. I do not have texting on my phone and this call just cost me money. How did they get my number?

Got the text today on my phone and I was told by AT&T to reply with a STOP. However, I have a the 200 texts messages plan and I can't afford to text BS's. AT&T does not have a way to block a specific number but they told me they could stop my text messaging plan. I guess this could be a good feature to have in our phone where we could block a number, get to work AT&T.

Got a text from this number, then used intelius.com to do a reverse lookup on the number.  Here's what I found.

I got the same text message as people listed above just hours after listing an apartment for rent on Craigslist. They must be taking the numbers off of the site and junk texting people. Is this legal???

Have received two text messages from this number, one for mortgage reduction and one for a Orange county party. Need to find out how to stop getting messages from this number.

How'd they get my #?  I work for the cellular company and we do not "sell" our customer lists!!

I received a txt saying "Homeowners, Is your mortgage payment too high?..." First you have to register with a do-not-call list, now what? A do-not-text list? We should be able to sue these people, or charge them for texting/calling us.

I keep getting text messages from 310-562-9522 asking "Is your mortgage payment too high?" Our program can lower your high payments...Would you like to learn more about this?"  I replied once (have receveived several text messages to "DO NOT CALL ME; I WILL REPORT YOU".  However, I keep receiving them and my cell phone plan charges me for incoming text messages.  How do I stop this???
