Same as the other poster. First time this has happened on this phone. Not real pleased by it.

Getting text messages asking if I'm struggling with a $10K credit card debt... "we can help".

What I'd LIKE help with is keeping these BS companies from sending me texts that I get charged for!

This number has been sending me text msgs to lower my mortgage rates. I can't seem to stop them from doing this because their voice mail syas thay are a scam. But I am paying for these text messages and this is not fair. This is harrassment. My phone is a 'no solicit ' number for a good reason.

I'm very upset about this, me too. What can we do?

I replied back telling them not to even message me again. Interestingly enough, i soon got a message from another number, 925-642-2766 (+19256422766) directing me to www.Reply4Cash.com.  I believe this is the company behind it.

These guys are selfish jerks and need to be prosecuted.

I have gotten like 5 messages from these guys in the last week, saying to lower my debts. I'm very upset about this, calling my cell provider

GO TO DONOTCALL.GOV AND CLICK ON FILE A COMPLAINT.

They cannot stop them if YOU are not reporting them

I called the number and the message was "THIS IS A SCAM"

I have gotten 2 text messages from this telephone number wanting to know if need help with modifying my mortgage payment or helping with a "recent hardship".  I am on the "do not call" list.

Just got a text about mortgages from this number. Aren't they required by law to tell you how to stop i.e., Text STOP to Stop? They didn't. I don't think that's legal.

Received text with the following content:
"Dear homeowner, is your mortgage payment too high? Our relief program can lower your high payments immediately.  Would you like to learn more about this?"

Thought National Do Not Call List, esp. for cell phones, was against the law? So much for assistance/enforecment from the "PHONY" bureaucrats in Washington!
