If it is a robo call, call an attorney and sue the hell out of them!

They called at 3:08pm - Blocked!

At 3:06pm we got a call from 323 669-8528 - also blocked!

Both numbers are related to the "come to your house" construction scamming companies.

Starting to think these A-Holes sell call blocking phones!!

My friend, these people do not buy lists.  What's going on these days is the result of low-budget VoIP phone providers who do not care what their customers do with their phone service; and the convergence of computer technology.  The result is robo dialing.  They can dial an entire 1000 number area-code/prefix block in minutes in the hope of getting someone to answer.

They do not care about the DNC list.  They spoof (set out false) caller IDs which they change often to defeat call blockers.  Sending a false caller ID is not a crime (not civil but criminal) yet they do it.

We need to bring back some of the old punishments -- like public hanging.
A few rotting corpses of telemarketers will stop this pestilence.

They've been calling every day or two for weeks. Paradise Builders, trying to sell contracting services.  They clearly bought some sort of list which doesn't filter for DNC

6/06 11:41 PDT Tried to call a few minutes ago, but since it only rang once and I don't have it specifically blocked, must be a robotic call.  Only ID is repeat of phone number without dashes.

These scammers are driving me up the wall.  I got a call blocking phone, too, but mine only blocks 50 numbers and I used that up in a couple of days.  It does, however, have an address book capacity of 2500 or 3500 entries (can't remember), so when I get a call, I just save it as a contact with the name Telemarketer.  When they do call back (and they do, and they sell their lists, too) I know not to answer it.  Mine is a Panasonic KX-TGA410.

They  called me today from a robo number . Do not call a 800 number Your number will show on their  ID system . Then they can call you back again .We should put pressure on Elected Officials to stop them . the  government call keep a log of EVERY  phone made in the world ,Then why cant this be terminated ?  The phone companies are making money selling bulk numbers to the crooks . Politicians  pretend to take actions which do not work ,such as DO NOT CALL . Now we are told buy devices to block numbers  Phone companies have the ability to stop robo calls. They wont unless and until customers put heat on them and the FCC.

called me today and instead of my normal 'pick up the phone and hang up before they say anything' routine... i decided to answer. some dude went into his "i am an experienced handyman in your neighborhood (and named my street)" script and i when i asked him if HE was a handyman and he said yes and continued with the projects he could help me with. i then asked why he was calling from a telemarketing center because i could hear others in the background. he tried to continue his speech and he tripped up, gave a big sigh and hung up. made my day. idiots.

I get called several  times per week from this number. They also use various combinations of this number... I stupidly  DID answer the first few times ,but when I figured out what was going on I started speaking random phrases in Japanese and Spanish. (threw a little German in there too). The caller got so irritated that I actually laughed out loud before I hung up on him!

Next  time tell them you are in need of their work and give them the local polic e station address.
Works wonders for me!

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I've already called Paradise Builders and asked to have my phone removed from their list.  Now I'm receiving more phone calls -- the last 2 calls were 20 minutes apart.  They have a robocall system with many different numbers and dialing the robocall number is futile.  Paradise Builder's main number is 800-710-4237.  I think we should all call them and call them and call them and call them and call them and call them . . . . . . . . . .

Scum from Paradise Builders calling with their weekly and/or bi weekly scamming from a spoofed phone number.

Somehow these people have been able to get to my autofill form and insert their business name and number into my form.  I am calling Google and well as reporting them again to DNC and FCC.  I hope someone can catch these guys soon.

Same thing here. I answered and no one was there. Someone is running a boiler room very poorly.

Calls constantly.  Told me I was a liar when I said on do not call list.  Said she couldn't call me if I was.  I understand these are really robbers that call to see if you are home so I not only reported to the do not call registry I also called the police.

These people call constantly claiming to be builders.  Paradise or Pyramid something.  Lady very rude.  Told her I was on do not call and why keep calling.  She said I was lying.  I told her that I also have told her company to stop calling.  She said what company is that.  I told her pyramid or paradise something or other.  She told me you don't even know who is calling and you are lying about the do not call otherwise she would get a recorded message.  She then had the nerve to hang up on me.  Reported to Do not call registry AND called the police.

I tried to play ":NICE" when I got a LIVE PERSON..was PROMISED to be put on DO NOT CALL at their company....GEEZZZZZZ....It';s NOT working!!! A**les called again TODAY....I have them blocked since!!!!

Fast forward to 4-2-14, same BS to as you. Caller blocked today. My name is real, and I also refer to myself as a 70 year "Old Fart."  (3-2-44) So I think you would appreciate my favorite T-shirt; which says: "I used to be well..... but I got over it!!!!"

These robo-callers are the most recent cause. They are almost as bad as my ex-wife, who was my inspiration to have the T-shirt made 22 years ago.

Called again today. This time, no one answered when I picked up. I tried to be polite, but I am now officially pissed at these low life's.

I KNOW frustration and I have contracted SEVERAL Sheriff depts & complained.

" I WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO" and the F~N scammers know this!!!!!

Suggestion? Get a Panasonic call blocker or buy a call blocker from E-bay (do your research).
I get some satisfaction by making believe I'mn interested until they say the MAGIC word...

Brandon called me from this number and said that he was an honest contractor looking for work.  When I asked him how he got my name, he told me that he purchased a list.  The number is a Culver City California exchange.  When I pointed out that the background noise sounded like it was a call center that he was calling from, he hung up on me.

not robbers or scammers.....just horrible contracters that need to cold call grandparents to get work.

Received a call at 10:30a. Woman asked to speak to me or my husband. I informed her that we were on the do not call list. She had the audacity to tell me, "No you aren't. You'd better check."  I did and I am. Next, I'm reporting the number

They keep calling asking for Alexandria Collins. I have asked repeatedly for them to remove me, but they never do.  Today, the lady asked me to confirm my address.  I would never offer this info to anyone, but she listed the address she had and I confirmed it wasn't this one.  

The people who call are polite.  But, it is so frustrating that I have to keep telling them they have the wrong number.

Received many calls from this caller which has been note to be Paradise Builders which is located in LA. We are on the DNC list but these crooks do not care that they break the law. I will report these crooks.
