I too, received a call from this number and was annoyed at first, until I actually began tracking the recommendation I received. I bought some shares and made over 400% in about 4 weeks.
This company is a stock research company that can help make you a lot of money if you track their recommendations, due your due diligence, and get out after you have reached your target price. It is true that most of their stocks are penny stocks and thus speculative, but the flip side is they are affordable and can provide explosive gains. Check out their website. (I DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I am just trying to help eliminate the guessing and confusion. I used to trade stocks and am used to these types of phone calls.)

March 10, 2014, 11:29 a.m., caller asked for my husband. When I told him spouse was in a meeting caller proceeded with a hard-sell to check/follow some penny stock. Indicated his first name was "Card," but I could not understand the last name...or most of what he was trying to tell me. Very thick middle eastern accent. I was firm and direct but it was hard to get rid of him. Before I hung up I told him not to call back.

Stock scam. Also caller indicated they enjoy receiving anal

Very rude and aggressive, wouldn't say where they were calling from.

Appeared as a wireless caller. The individual who called spoke with a heavy foreign accent. He stated that he was not trying to sell anything just give me actionable stock information. When pressed on how he got my phone number he rattled off something about being channel partners with a number of financial publications.    

Received a call from this number tonight.  I requested to be placed on the do not call list.  Informed that they are not selling anything, then told that a stock market symbol was going to be provided.  Amazing.  Decided to go back on the daily "do not disturb" offered by Verizon.  Verizon allows 10 numbers to pass through, all others hear that the phone is not available during the selected time.

Penny stocks - very broken English - hard to understand.

Gibberish and mumbling about "hot" stock tips.  Where do they find these fools?

Calls and hangs up. Left no message.

got a call about stocks, indicating that my husband had requested information.   Then he pressed me for information for me to get interested.   I took contact information.  When I called back, the same voice with broken English answered with a different name.

You are only protected (and I say that laughingly)  under the DNC when a Telemarketer,  who is registered with the FTC,  calls you and makes and attempt to sell goods or services to you over the phone.   This caller is requesting that you go to a link and  read about stocks.  If you go to that site,  you have created a business relationship.  The DNC does not block,  stop or impact any  unwanted callers.  Go to FTC/DNC site and read.

On the Do-Not-Call List, but does not matter to these parasites.  

Appear to be pushing penny stocks.  No request for purchase, just presented stock symbol and a request to follow it and check out the web site.  Caller's English was difficult to understand so I did not follow all details.
