You can call the California Bar Association at 800-843-9053 to file a complaint against them..

My neighbor came to me one day and said a Joe Romo 1310-856-2125 x 2303 called her and said she was listed as a contact number for me.  He said he was calling from a lawyers office and he wanted to know my contact information.  He knew her first name and ask her last name.  She gave no further information than he supposedly already had.

What really confused me is how he got her phone number, knew her name and that she knew me.  I had only recently got her number and I never used her for a contact number.

Claim that I need to call them back "immediately" - don't know if it's a law firm or collection agency???

I got the same message from Joe Romo with the same number with ext 2303

Caller said he was Joe Romo from an attorneys place....

Joe Romo from Brachfeld and Associates called and asked I called him back.  At (310)856-2125 ex 2303.

caller stated that they have important information regarding my soc# but nothing mor then that... said they were from a law office...

stated they were law firm and needed me to call back asap

Threatening call. Says need to call back TODAY or ELSE!!!!! No answer at number left on voice mail.

A call was answered by answering machine. No message was left.
