called my cell while at work and tried to sell me a finacing program, cell phone has do not call registry

man on the phone could barely speak english so was hard to understand

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. He called at 4:17pm with loud hold-type music playing and then he started talking, I couldn't hear a thing, so I just hung up.

called and when i answered there was blasting jazz music. then it stopped and there was no one there. very weird.
also when i called back it was busy,

This was a debt relief company.  Truly poor.  I told the guy after the music to take me off the calling list and he said they would call me forever.  hmmm I think that is illegal.

Unknown Name 310-893-2856 Called 2/16/2010 at 5:43PM  I did not answer the call, voice mail picked up the call, no message left. My phone number is on the No Call list.

Got call from this number to pay for them, i asked why then they dropped my call.

Got a call from this number today, didn't answer...figured it was a nuisance call. I also am on the do-not call registry. I will forward this number to my state's attorney general. They can do the investigating (and charging).

got a call from this # today on my cell, I did not answer it and than proceeded to get 5 more calls on my that shows anavailable.  Very annoying and if this continues that will have to change my cell # which by the way is listed on the national do not call registry

They tried to get me on a program for credit cards.
