received text message at 12:14AM about this dirtyduval.net.
this guy needs to go to jail again - for harassment.

I got several of these in October and when you went to the website they told you to send a ridiculous letter to a 'fake address'  Like the previous user, I'm not on a text plan either.  I complained with the FCC as on DoNotCall.  I got the paperwork back that said they could do NOTHING about it as somehow "legit" (listed as a "political organization" which is exempt from donotcall/text restrictions.  I got one yesterday again about noon from them/him again when I thought such messages had finally stopped.  Complain to the Florida Attorney General's office as well as Nevada (though for Nevada you have to download the form as a pdf and fax it).  He's now using 702-994-8023 as the phone number with the text message.  Says to reply "STOP" to end messages. But based on past experience that will likely only confirm your spammed number as valid and lead to more of them.  Don't reply.

I keep getting text messages (which I have to pay for) from dirtyduval.net.
I asked for it to stop but I guess the scumbag thinks he is above the law.

How is it blocked? It's working fine for me.... albeit a little slow, but still up

You know, most they can do, is maybe shut off the cellphone that is sending the messages, but have you noticed prepaid cellphones are as low as $10 at almart, and a unlimited month of text messages is $20?

I just got a text from 310.913.8948 with the same info: re: an important message to go to DirtyDuval.net from my home computer.  I forwarded it to the FCC at fccinfo@fcc.gov and hopefully they can stop this guy from wasting everyone's time & money.

got a text message spam from this number on Oct. 17th.  Got one from a different number (702-439-3498) today.  outrageous.  As caller above, am on do not call.  Please report to your cell providor and turn off all texting if it annoys you.  I thought I had.

If I am on the "Do not call list" how do I get on the "No Spam" list for my cell phone?

I too received a text message re: an important message to go to DirtyDuval.net from my home computer.  However, I chose not to.

As above.  Text message from some jerk that got thrown in jail in Duvall County, FL.  He is so stupid he thinks people in other counties have some influence over them.  Looks like the Alpha Hotel would just obey the law or face the consequences when he doesn't.  Jail is too good for him.

Got a text message tonight from this number.  tried to call it back but said the person has not set up voice mail.  Txt said to visit a website Dirtyduval.net from a home computer.  Decided against it.
