The same number has called me repeatedly and I was so tired of listening to his threathning messages that I called back and they said someone that I know pressed charges and then they had the nerve to say ok don't worry maam we wont call again just tell her to call back and then today I get the same call and told them if they kept calling and leaving messages that it would be me pressing charges for harrassment and they hung up! I mean really they need to get a life.

Just got a call from them right now, just saying that I have to contact them before they send out an officer to my mailing address to arrest me. It is such a scam...don't fall for anything they say.

I keep getting harassing calls threatening me about a warrant for my arrest in another state, Ive never even been there. It's the same guy saying he will be sending an officer if I dont contact him in three hours. He even threatened the managers at my place of employment and anyone they contact to find me. He first called from this number and then 1-000-000-0000.

Also, I just received a call from grandma who received the same calls.

Received a call from this number. Lady claimed to be with a law firm then threatened us with police coming to our work and home.

just got the same kind of call on my work cell phone! they threatened me with wage garnishment for a cash advance loan.Told me not to interrupt them while they read the "charges" against me! Kept saying my social security number ended with 4431! I couldn't understand half of what they said...I just listened, and when he said "Did I understand the charges against me", I said NO, cause my social didn't end with those numbers...and he HUNG up on me!

This number is harrassing me.  One pretends to be a lawyer and the other pretends to be a police officer.  They have threatened me and tried to contact my manager.  The police officer even said that my kids would have a rough life because of me...how professional.  This is a hoax DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!!

got a call today from a jack logan..say's if i didn't pay 1200.00 by today i would be arrested..it's a scam they have been calling 3 time a day..even called my work no..the number that called was 1-213-330-2341

Got a call at work from Ray McKanz at 213-799-2296 who could hardly speek english so I made him repeat his name about 6 times just for fun.  Then after his very scary threats but me on with David Parker at 310-999-0442 who told me I needed to come up with some crazy number like 97,000 dollars and bring it to the court house.  The worst thing about it is that they call me at work and I can't just lay into them.  He said the reason was for an unpaid payday load to Cash Advance Payday (646-448-0339).  Turns out that is another scammer phone number!  Maybe I will get a cheap prepaid phone and start calling them back.  I hope someone gets ahold of these people!

Those b*****ds kept calling and leaving messages on my phone that I finally called back and told them I had already talked to someone and that they needed to quit calling me because I knew who they were and where they were located and that I was going to press charges and the guy just laughed! I will be laughing when they get caught and their day will come. So if they are reading this post I hope your getting ready because its us the ones that you have been harrasing that will send the police and FBI to your place of employment or your home.

well I googled the number and they are located in greenwood california! I am still waiting on the rest of the information. But when they called me for the 4th time this week I told them that I was pressing charges and they laughed! B*****ds but I will find them

In received a call numerous times from a lady name Tina Mendez and she said she was going to send the police to take me and my manger to jail. We constantly ask her to stop calling. She'll stop and then after some time she will start calling again.

i guess tina is hard at work today because the bi*** called me too! I could barely understand what she was saying through her accent. But I do know she wanted me in court tomorrow, and when i tried to hang up she just called back again.

This phone number 310-999-0442 has called me numerous times , me and mu hubbuy talking about we need you to call back this number immediately,, you have a case against you involving your social security number,,,,something about a cah advance crap.....send them 1800 dollars or they take installments of 600-800 dollars,,,,,go to walmart and fax them a letter letting them know what you are gonna do,,,so they will know whta to tell the creditors or they will issue a warrant against you and your manager,,,and send cops up to your address or to your job to pick up you and your manager,,,,,they talk so fast you can barely understand them,,,i called the FTC,,,and filed a complaint,,,,the guy from the FTC said to get a annual credit report,,,and call my Attorney General,,,,in informed me it is a scam,,,if you owe a debt they must first take you to court,,,they cant just issue a warrant for your arrest,,,,,IT IS ALL A SCAM<<<people are just reying to get money from you ,,,ask for proof of who they are,,,and if they cant give it to you,,,it is a scam,,,,,,

This company called me asking for me to pay them x amount of money and that there was a lawsuit. And there was a warrant for my arrest and that I could deal with this in front of a judge. They asked me if I knew some woman that I have never heard of. When I asked to speak to a manager the man refused to let me speak to one and proceeded to hang the phone up on me. Upon calling back the same man answers insults me and then hangs up again! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I received a call from a different number of 213-799-2296 (which is also listed on this website as a scam). He says he is from Orange County and needs my lawyer name and number..said to call David Parker at 310-999-0442 or I will be picked up by police. I told him to go ahead..idiot.

Received the call today on my cell and work and boss got the call also. Says her name is jennifer and there is a lawsuit against my SSN. if i dont call back then the police will show up at my home and work as i am involved in criminal activity. My employer is Honeywell and they arent too happy. Good luck to you scam artists you will go down.

They called MY WORK a few hours ago and REFUSED to hang up or quit calling me. He wanted my lawers name and omgosh was mean! My boss got on the phone and told the MEAN guy that had an indian accent by the name of "David Parker" (yeah right) and told her the cops were coming for me and if she didn't help they would get her too! I mean I'm callnig the cops, fbi, BBB and everyone I can. They could get someone fire for that stupid stuff and I swear if they are in the country I will drive to where they are and put that phone where it can never be removed!

An Indian speaking female said she was Gusteen Mathew with a complaint against me and if i dont respond ill be fined 5000 dollars and the police will come to my home. I say bring it on and come to my home at least ill know whats the hell this is all about...
