Pre-recorded message says "Hello..." then "Good Bye" and hangs up.  I'm guessing this is some sort of robo-dialer calling to confirm that this is a working phone number so that they can sell it to telemarketers.

Caller says it is for a business purpose and then is aggressive when I say I do not know the person for whom he is calling
