The A-hole has been calling me all day and not saying anything. It's a number from Chicago. I plan ion tracing the number and when I find out who it is, I will stick my you know what in his you know whaaat, all day long and see if he enjoys it.

I have had the unfortunate experience of getting fooled, and I discovered, and have been informed by my carrier, that some inmates, have a way of hacking the phone lines when they call a land line phone number. If you answer your phone, and and you stay on the line for at least 2 - 5 seconds, then they have a way of hacking into your phone number to make calls. Then, when you get your phone bill, you are charged an xxx amount for any calls from (1 312) 267--2971. If that happens, then call your telephone provider and tell the agent what has happened, then the said charges will be dropped from your phone bill, and you can pay only the amount you owe minus the said charges.

Just got a call didn't answere left a message with some muisc playing. Not elevator music either. It was rap or some pop song

what can be done about stopping these calls?

Call me everyday. I'm sick and tired this nonsense caller. They don't say nothning. Research from indicate the call coming from jail,trying to hack into my phone so the mid calls through my line. Pls be aware of this gangs.

They just called me and i was telling her im not interested and she kept telling me that  a friend gave them my phone number for an entry to win a free vacation, first of all why would a friend want me to win a free vacation and not themself and second i kept telling her i dont trust her and i started asking questions about where they are and where the drwing was entered and allthat bull and she just kept repeating herself like she didnt know how to explain herself so then shes like  ok we will call u back with more information and i kept talking asking questions and she started getting rude and kept saying bye bye bye and i hung up on her.  Uggghhhhh aggrivated.  This was sooooo a scam and how come they always have people speak barely any english to do this?

They called me today. Dude asked more information than he refused to give. Really time consuming and not practical way to make money. These people can not be Americans

Got my number from Craigslist illegally.

The 'foreign-based' call center called me just to tell me exciting news that I had won a free vacation.  Forntunately for me (not for her) it was a live operator and I told her to "go f*ck yourself" and she seemed a little bit shocked.  She hung up and I haven't heard back since!

They called and left no message. I called them back and an operator said it was a non-working number

They called at least 6 to 7 times a day.  These people are annoying.

Yes this is anoying 312/267-2971 calls and you see it on caller ID and they do not leave a voice message. If the voice messge geeting is not the name they are looking for then why do they keep calling? This is a form of harassement and maybe we all should report this to the Illinois states attorney's office?
