My caller ID said "Bar Association" as well. They were offering a free trial membership in the American Bar Association. They don't ask for a credit card and they only verify information already on file. You can see that InfoCision is a company that the Bar pays for telemarking services if you look at the Bar's 2009 tax filings.

This is a telemarketing call from a company called "InfoCision." See www.infocision.com for more information. They appear to be promoting a free membership to a section of the American Bar Association, but their is no indication as to whether there is actually a connection between the two companies. Do not provide any personally identifying information to the person calling you from this telephone number, and ask them to put you on their company-specific do not call list.

This number keeps calling. No one there. Hangs up after I say Hello.....

They called.  Caller ID says "Bar Association".  Before I could pick up or it went to voice mail, the call ended.

I have received 13 calls from this number in the last 24 hours. The phone rings only long enough for the caller id to show the phone number. There is never anyone on the other line. I called the number and received a message stating I've reached the Promotions Dept. please leave a message. Then I receive another message stating that mail box is full. Gee - wonder why. If their calling other people as much as they are me I sure they are getting plenty of 'feed back'.

Rings twice then stops can't ever answer fast enough calls 8 times aday
