I report any and all calls to the Do Not Call Registry, don't know if they do anything about it but some of the calls have stopped.

This is a bill collector fronting as an attorney. If you are getting calls from this number You owe someone (a company, not a person) money. Either pay your bills, or change your number.
If you do not owe anyone and the call is not for you.. Answer it! Tell them they have the wrong number, and they'll stop calling. Otherwise, they will never stop.
