Recruiting firm from careerbuilder and they got your info from careerbuilder, indeed etc. You must have posted your resume on one of those sites.

This was a call from Careerbuilder.  I had set up an account on their site to start listing positions my company has available, and she called to help out.

I'm gonna take a wild guess. Linkedin!

The caller from this number is extremely rude, refused to hang up even after we repeatedly told him we are NOT interested in their offer.

I know everyone is saying RightFish, but this caller identified themselves as calling from "Personified" which is a subsid of Careerbuilder that does the recruiting for CB clients.  So actually they are trying to get in on the action of large companies like Adecco and Manpower.

Polite caller, and I do know how they got my number.  Wanted to update this record.

I got a call from 312-698-0290. When I try to call that number back, it's unavailable. However, when I listened to my message, it was from someone named Jessica Canaton or Kanaton. The number she left was 312-698-0344. She is a recruiter who somehow got her hands on my resume. She must have gotten it from a 3rd party because I did not submit it directly to her. She did have my cell phone number correct, and the name of the position is in my current career, I just don't know how she got it. I may call her back just to find out how she got my information. I may not.

Recieved a call at 10:54am 11/29/07 from a Georgina, she was very pushy and little rude. Since i am the receptionist i am allowed to screne callers to make sure they are ligitimate. In this case, she was calling out Office manager and i knew we were looking for any of their business. I asked her why was she calling from Chicago and we are based in San Francisco? She said she is the rep for Northern California. I in turn told her that if we need any of their assistance, we will call!

This phone number belongs to RightFish.  They are a recruiting company that doesn't care about your background when they submit you to an opening and will sometimes submit your information without you even knowing - not exactly who you want to represent you when looking for a job!  If you receive a call from this number I URGE you to look at other recruiting agencies.  You are better off looking for a recruiter that specializes in your field.
