THEY ARE HARRASSING ME MAKE IT STOP

I just googled this number because they did the same to me. Sorry I have no clue either

I called the number and got an answering machine telling me that they would call back at their convenience.  I asked who they were.  They have called my number at least 4 times.

This came in on my cell 2x.  Tried to call back.  Each time they wanted me to leave my name & phone no, which I didn't

We have received three calls from 312-878-1200 over the past three days (according to our caller id), but we only happened to be home for the first time last night.  It says "Chicago, IL" on the caller id.  A younger sounding man asked for my son, and I asked who was calling.  He said "Morgan".  Now, since I am pretty sure we don't know anyone named Morgan who lives in Chicago, and since there was a lot of noise in the background, I was sure it was a telemarketer.  (Brilliant deduction, Watson!)  

So, I asked him where he was from, or who he was calling on behalf of.  He would not answer me!  Seriously?!  He was border-line rude, and told me he was "going to call back every day until he got to talk to my son".  Really?  I kept asking him where he was from, and he kept telling me he would not tell me.  Are you kidding me?  Do people really act like this and get paid for it?  

I told him to take me off his call list.  We'll see if he calls back.  We did just start getting ESPN magazine in our house, but it was a gift, so I am sure we will not have billing issues.  Given their mention in earlier posts, it would not surprise me if that was the source of the call.

Have received 4 calls from this number. Asks for someone not here, then calls me "hard of hearing or stupid."

I just received a call from a lady at this number about my magazine subscriptions being extended. It was extremely noisy in the background. She wanted my age and occupation. When I told her no she hung up.

i picked up the phone and somone asked for michael, i answered and then they hung up! ive gotten a number of these calls and they are extremely annoying!!

They call but don't say anything then hang up. I left them a message to leave a message if I don't answer but still they keep calling and not answering after I say hello.

I been getting so many call from this # over the past week everyday sometimes twice a day. I have answered twice and they just hang up on me so I just don't answer. I am just sick of people calling u when you  for stupid reasons and get your # from other resources. That is so stupid and a waste of time just bothering people.

This is apparently some scam Magazine Subscription service. About 3 months ago I started receiving ESPN magazine at my house, although I have never EVER signed up for a magazine service in my life. I finally answered a call from this number after getting about 2 dozen of them over the last week, and the person said they were calling about (my name's) "ESPN Magazine Subscription". Then when I started to ask a question, they hung up on me.

This company has been try to reach someone other than me on my cell phone for the past 3 years, and they just non stop calling my cell phone almost every day, each time when I see their number (remember they had different number and sometime it is blocked), I just hang up. Guess they get upset, and start to google my cell phone number, located my name and my home phone #, now they start to mess up with my home phone number and my own name (it was always someone else they are looking for for the past 3 years), I'm thinking of legal action at this point, they clearly violated my privacy, and this is criminal act to stalk someone who refuse to answer their phone, does anyone have any good idea to stop these crazy criminal.

Wanted to speak to Michael. I asked who it is and he said Publishers Clearing House Debt.  I said that I took care of this account and twice they hung up. Once it was a female and the second call was a male.
