Call Center - don't identify company

This is the sales force of Feature Films for Families - they keep soliciting purchases when you are not interested

Probably Featured Films For Families.  They woke me out of sleep early in the morning!

I bought 1 movie 19 years ago--never again and they have been calling 19 years!  Today they said I had an unpaid bill which really set me off!  I told this man at FEATURE FILMS not to call again.

Feature Films for Families continues to call my cell phone after asking them several times to stop. They have numerous numbers that they call from. If I do not answer or ask them to stop they switch numbers and continue to call. I had to have my number change to stop the harassment.

Please stop calling me

They keep calling and calling, even when I say I will never order from them again.  They are actually doing their company a big disservice!

They have been calling my dads phone every day for weeks.He has a answering machine and no message is ever left.Well this evening I was there when they called and I answered but no one would speak.If someone had I was going to tell them to stop calling.(and a lil more )

They call day after day and never leave a message.  I want them to stop IMMEDIATELY !!!

Can the FCC be contacted about this menace?

Feature Films for Families is a boring company that bothers people at all hours. Close of shop, folks! No one is interested in your company!

Call was not answered as I do not answer calls from unknown numbers (and I don't give telemarketers the "courtesy" of telling them not to call me, I signed up on a list for that). Caller did not leave a voice mail. Company has called at various dates/times from different numbers/locations making it (almost) impossible to block.  I have reported every call to the FTC (and continue to until I have all their numbers blocked).

If information on 800notes is correct, every call is (allegedly) from a company named Feature Films for Families, a company I've never done business with.  If you search every number in the list on 800notes you will also see a "plant" post from the company at the top on 20 July 2009.

Even though my cell phone numbers are in the National Do Not Call Registry, both this and 9170398-5540 continue to call but not leave any messages. If you get these calls, block them. They are telemarketing or possibly even phishing scam calls, and they do not honor the Do Not Call Registry.

We continue to receive unwanted solicited phone calls from this number which is from Featured Family Films. We are on the Do Not Call List and this company is breaking the law

One of my parents was recently hospitalized. I answered the phone and it was a woman with a pushy sales pitch,, not an automated call. She didn't realize I wasn't the person she called and launched her pushy sales pitch specifically geared to the elderly "isn't it nice to get a pat on the back"....when she found out I was not my mom, she slammed the phone down. Yes, they prey on the elderly. I'm looking up numbers left on their voice mail and it's over the top how many calls have been placed to my parents home.

I suggest you record the calls if at all possible and submit them to your local TV station hound dog or CNN.

This lady asked me about a girl. So I asked for her number!

I got my very first call from this number today. Sounds like it might be a re-direct scam where the scammer insist you press a button that might result in charges for the call being billed to the extreme or allowing the call and subsequent calls from the offending number to be billed to the victims number. I think someone has gotten hold of FFFF's customer database.

Same here, I've gotten 3 calls from them today with 3 different phone numbers after not hearing from them in more than 5 years and all my contact info. is different, have no idea how they have obtained my cell phone number. Did not answer the calls, and now tht I know who it was, very thankful for that. Their salespersons are very pushy and I have ordered movies from them in the past, just so they would leave me alone.

I ordered a couple of movies from then almost 10 years ago and my children have growed up. I have told them 2 or 3 times I am not interested in any more movies, and to take me off their calling list, but they are still calling me after all these years!!! They may be a good company, but I will advise not to order anything from them, unless you want to be bothered with their sales calls the rest of your life!!

They are legitimate.  Great movies with family values/morals at the heart.  We have ordered from them for several years now and will continue to promote their good work in our hurting world.  P.S.  No, I don't work for them, however, I do work for a Christ-centered educational institution.

I agree totally with you.  We ordered movies from them for a while when the boys were much younger.  I feel bad telling them they can't call.  I know they have great films and they have films they're trying to introduce to the general public, to get into theaters, not necessarily just appealing to the "Christian" crowd, but I can't afford to help them right now.  I don't need presents for anyone, and even though I loved the films and thought they were great because you didn't have to worry about sex, language, etc., my kids, on the other hand, tolerated them because I said we were watching them.  And it was an expense we didn't need, it would be different if you could pick and choose your movies and pay for only one if you wanted one, but you had to do their packaages.  So, I just don't answer when I see this number.  I answered today because I wanted to see who this CUSTOMER SVC FE belonged to, but no one was on the other end.  If you're going to call me, please be courteous enough to talk to me when I answer the phone.  If I continue to receive phone calls from them and track down the various numbers, I will answer, and if I get someone on the other end, I will tell them to stop calling. .

My mom has had high-pressure calls from FFFF over the past two decades, but the ones in the last few years from this number have been especially aggressive. They hound her for her credit card numbers, and on the last call, the caller was insisting that she press 9 "so they could document the call". Has made me suspicious that it is a phone scam pretending to be FFFF to prey on customers of that service. Mom is on the no-call list, yet the callers insist that because she is a customer (hasn't ordered in the past decade) that they can still call even after she requests they cease. imo, it's a serious black eye for a company I previously respected.

I receive constant calls from this company from various numbers.  I've asked multiple times for them to stop calling, but they refuse.  It's interesting how so many people are using this forum to repeat was sounds like an advertisement for the company, rather than focusing on the issue at hand...the fact that their marketing techniques are dishonest.

For the past 4 weeks the number 312-878-5552 has called my cell phone OVER 8 times a day! When I answer the call it immidiately disconnects. If I call it back I get a pre-recorded message asking me to hold! I have never spoken to anyone at this number as there is no human available to request they never call me again. The calls start promptly at 8am every day and do not stop until 9pm everyday. Not only am I reporting this to my cell phone provider, I am now going to report it to authorities and if I recieve one more call, to my attorney. This is worse than email spam at this point!
