i get a call about once a week from them. they know my name, and call themselves a law office. are they for real?

This the phone number of a law offices of Hollender, they are from or located in Atlan, Georgia and they will leave you a 866 to call back, I think they are using what is called spoofing calling cards that will allow them to plug in any phone number that they want you to see on the caller ID, do not TRUST the caller ID system.

got a call from 312-962-4698.  left no message.  i don't answer calls from numbers i don't know, and i don't even consider returning said calls unless they leave a message.
and that message had better be a polite one.
anybody know who belongs to this number?
