This number keeps calling my house at ALL hours & it's getting ridiculous. I don't answer for numbers that I don't know, and they never leave a message.

Received a call fromThis number 313-203-8198, 3different times. The last time I answered and they said it was a courteous call and they knew my first name then hung up. I tried to call the number back but it said cellular number is not assigned. I called information and they didn't have any information about this number.

I refuse to answer these calls as I'm in Ontario, Canada.  I'm also getting them

The do not call registry does not apply to criminals. This is what they are. When do criminals obey the laws?  An oxymoron. Do not answer and don't let your answering machine answer. It only lets the robodialer know its a functioning number. Best advice I have is this: Don't answer any 800, 877, 855, 888 or private name and number calls. Turn off your answering machine. Do not answer a call from where you do not know the orgin of. Eventually they will cease. However, they probably will resume in a month or so.

This number keeps calling me over and over asking for donations.  When I did not answer and call back the number it stays "This cellular number you are attempting to call has NOT been assigned, please check the number and call again."  This is a BOGUS phone number used to call you and you cannot reach anyone.

I got a Call from this number when I called it back it was the N.S.A.Just joking.
They said it was for breast Cancer I told them to send me a request in the mail.
They did and it check out so I sent them a check the link is below.
After all I am a big fan of breasts and at times the things there attached to also.

This number calls about 5 times or more per week. I just let it ring.

I just had this number call like 15 times in a row (did not pick it up as I do not recognise teh number).  talk about annoying ahving your phone ring for 9 minutes straight...

They said they were from the Cancer Association of America and my wife had donated $20. They wanted to thank her.  I told them I would pass on the message. LOL LOL

Stop calling....it's not important  if no message  is  left.

313-203-8198 called todayAug. 15th. about 6:04 0'clock P.M., I answered and they said hello, then hung up. what is going on. the call came from ACS or RCS. not sure if the first letter was a R or A. once again what is that???? it didn't sound like a recording.

This number has been calling several times a day...sometimes every couple of hours.  I do not pick up because I do not recognize who they are and they refuse to leave a message.

These calls are uncalled for, someone must stop this immediately. I have had 3 calls within 1/2 hr and to boot the last so far was 8:50 PM.. Hopefully I will not get another this evening or ever.

I have received many calls from this number asking for money for breast cancer patients, children's cancer research and now today they are asking for money for disable Vets.  I also called the number and it said it was not assigned.  Beware

A for profit solicitor for questionable charities

Continually calls and fails to answer when picked up. Why can't someone stop this?

This is a horrible scam. There say they are the American Cancer Society and they are collecting for
direct patient care for breast cancer patients who cannot afford medication, they support hospice.
They ask for a pledge, which I gave last year. This time the bells went off and made me suspicious when she
asked that the pledge be returned in 2-3 days of receipt. And she hung up quickly when I asked to be taken off
the call list and did not even answer me. She told me not to give to charities that ask for money for research,
as they provide direct care. The Amercian Cancer Society would never say anything like that, as they of course do collect for research!
The caller ID comes up as ACS, but the number is not able to be contacted. Call cannot be returned.

Report them immediately to authorities and the real America Cancer Society. Terrible to give cancer money to these scam artists.

I get these calls from various places daily and I am sick of it. I have an answering machine but they never leave a message. No caller ID except Michigan. I am about to give up on my phone and just keep the cell phone so far they haven't found that number.

This is Associated Community Services.. The are a professional fund raising company.. The also show as toll free 1-877-241-8308..They have called my house 5 times yesterday and twice already today.. Will not talk to any one except the person they are calling.. So I cant get them to quit calling our house...

They don't stop calling! Average 4 x per day. I will never answer, but it's so annoying. When will they give up?

Not only do they call, over and over again, I did some checking and the Children's Cancer Fund of America, gives the funds  to people who do not live in the USA. I'm with you, St Jude's it is.

I gave a donation to Children's Cancer Fund of America and just keep getting calls from all of these "unavailable" toll free numbers from them and they keep asking for more. I told them that I just gave them money and they can send me another envelope and IF I can find more money I would send it but I said that I don't want any more calls from them to put me on the do not call list. That didn't work because they call every day a couple of times and when the ask for me I say that she's not here may I take a message and they quickly say some random "calling from a charity, etc." and hang up...then someone else will call back a few hours later. This makes me NOT want to send them a red cent now. So hey Children's Cancer Fund of America, INC. YOU BLEW IT!!! I will continue my donations to St. Judes, etc.

What don't these people understand about "do not call list"? Never deal with people you don't know.
