Someone with a foreign fake sounding voice calling for the owner of phone and states they are from some company in which you cant understand the name of and talks real fast and then hangs up.  Either a telemarketer for schools, 3rd party bill collector or someone trying to sell something.  Either way, a waste of your time.  Just hang up or don't answer.  Peace and Blessings to the reader!

Called on my cell and when I called back a few minutes later, there was message saying it was after business hours.
